Any input about the Travelodge on Riverdale Street or the Red Roof or Days Inn in Westspringfield, Ma.

Any tips on sights to see and restaurants. Thanks.

Let me give you a word of caution! It has recently come to light that several hotels on riverdale road, rte 5 ,are serving as dumping grounds for the homeless. The Red Roof is in a very busy ,congested area.Price may be cheap but it is marginal as well as the Days Inn.I don't know about the T Lodge. What kind of plans do you have and how long are you in the area mike

Your best bet on Riverdale is the Hampton Inn. Of the 3 you listed the Red Roof is the best.

Friends of ours stay in the Hampton Inn every year for one night on their way to the Cape.

We all used to stay in the Red Roof Inn which was ok but they prefer the Hampton Inn now, partly because breakfast is included. Several restaurants close by.

Hampton is too had for us. Any places close to West Springfield that you would recommend? Thanks.

I am sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "had" - is it too expensive? Go with the Red Roof, it is fine.
