Suggestions please three restaurants one inexpensive one moderate one expensive cuisine type doesn't matter
for starters, browse numbers 4, 13, 23, 26, 33, 50 on this list (and then cross reference to their reviews here in TA)... there you will find some expensive and sort of "moderate" (in US$-terms) places:
if a view is something you want to combine with a meal, see Vista and Skye (both mentioned here, post #5 (bullet point 2):
another place with nice setting: Figueira Rubayat (built around huge fig tree):
separate point: when is your trip? right now restaurants have to close by 9pm (due to covid19 rules) and operate with limited capacity (which to a large extent kills dinner service in relation to local dining habits)... rules change very often (it was 8pm until recently; just before that they were closed for on-site dining for several weeks, etc)... some places chose not to re-open etc... overall point is that advance planning is not working too well lately... one must look at restaurant instagram accounts to see what is going on before actually going to places (and/or call them in advance)... many websites are not updated due to constant changing of rules... see posts #7 and 8 here (and links in there):
restaurants in SP have been suffering a lot in this past year; so past comments about quality, service etc may not fully reflect current conditions as they all had to adapt to these new times.
Just 3??? LOL
