I started over, as advised in the email. I used Window Explorer and everything worked fine, twice!!! They must have had a glitch on their site.

I received the following email from support:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please you go to this link: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/tra-cuu-thi-thucto search application and make payment again.

We are apologize for inconvenience

Upon trying again, payment went through (I used Chrome). I guess the payment portal had some glitch that has since been fixed

Oh dear I'd call the bank if I was you to make sure there is no strange withdrawal's from your account.

That's what the Vietnamese Embassies want you to believe.

But it's not true.

Here is a hint for you..... on the E-Visa. Just doing a search brings up more than 19 million listings.

IF the website you are on is requesting a payment more than $25.96... or if it says pick up at the airport....or if they are charging less than the $25..... close it down and go to another. Just typing E-Visa in the search engine is not always going to get you to the correct site.

The correct site is.....

I and my husband have tried the payment part several times using Chrome and Explorer. We keep getting the below message. When going back, all the information remains the same - no need to enter again. Any insights on what to do at this point?
