Klong Toei market is as authentic and local as you will get but there's not much streetfood there, it's mostly a fresh market i.e. raw ingredients, fruit, veg, poultry etc. It's the biggest market of its kind in Bangkok. About 5 minutes by taxi or you can get MRT from Asoke/Sukhumvit Station, then walk.

There is no streetfood market near your hotel but there are lots of single stalls and a few groups of stalls e.g. on Soi Cowboy (daytime only). Get off the main road to find the stalls.

When you go to islands in Thailand you see markets set up for tourists i.e. everything in English and lined up in a row for easy access. In Bangkok, at least along the main stretch of Sukhumvit Road, there is nothing like this anymore. Your best bet would be to go somewhere like Chatuchak Market, or Chinatown area. If you want it along Sukhumvit Road you have to go further out to areas like Phra Khanong, Onnut, Udom Suk etc and these areas aren't set up for tourists - you will have a hard time ordering anything unless you can point at it.

Or stick to the foodcourts - you mentioned Terminal 21 - this is the best foodcourt in Bangkok in my opinion. Floor 5 I think.

"have walking mobility problem" .... definitely take advantage of the ride and food court at T21. Authentic street vendors in a clean, comfy environment.
