Those are all national parks. So, yes, an America the Beautiful pass will give you entry to all of them.
Best go to the Sedona forum and ask about that area.
the pass covers almost :
--all national parks
--all national monuments
--historic battlefield sites for civil war, revolutionary war, war of 1812, and the indian waars of the late 1800s.
--all fish and wildlife areas
--all forest service lands
It does not work for:
--tribal parks (Antelope Canyon,Monument Valley and the trail to Shi Shi beacj in Olympia JNAtional Park crosses tribal property thus a fee is required)
--any additional national park fees such as ranger led tours for Mesa Verde, camping fees, backcountry permits, boats to trail heads in Glacier)
--going through a tour operator you will still be charged. For example there is a bus you take into Maroon Bells near Aspen that you need to pay for. There is limited parking so if you go in like around 6am and find a parking spot you are covered at admission with your own car)
around Sedona you have national forest land but also slide rock state park and other state parks. doing a tour through Pink Jeeps incorporates part of a use fee for the national forest but you don't get this discounted because you have a pass.
It also covers National Recreation Areas like Lake Mead NRA or Glen Canyon NRA(Lake Powell)
The ATB pass functions as a Red Rock Pass at Sedona. This is primarily for parking at trailheads for walks and hikes. There are several other popular (state/contract/concession) parks that require a separate fee for entry. These include popular places like Red Rock Crossing, Slide Rock and West Fork. You'll pay about $10 per car per day at those parks.
