I have used Top Cars for a number of years and would not have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Good service, very reasonable prices and no deposit needed when booking the car. Will be using them again this year.

Several members of my family plus friends have used Top Cars. They are extremely reliable, change the car immediately if there is a problem and have competitive rates. Best of all there is no excess with their insurance policy. The company I used previously has an excess of €700!
