No, if travelling by air or by ferry from England or Scotland. If travelling via the Dublin ferry you need to consult Republic of Ireland visa rules.

last time i checked Belfast is in Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland note for the Op the UK is England Wales Scotland and Northern Ireland so your visa will cover you for Northern Ireland as its in the UK so no you wont anything extra its a domestic flight youd come on
