Eastern Side of coniston

We are staying on the north eastern side of Coniston and wondered what walks there are in this area (specifically eastern side). We have done the west side of coniston a few times, but i'm not even aware if you can walk down the eastern side.

Is it possible to walk down the eastern side (footpaths) and are there any nice walks that branch off from the east side of the lake?

You can walk up to Tarn Howes and there is a nice walk to High Park-a-moor up a bridle path behind Brantwood. Yhe views are spectacular over the lake and towards the Old Man of Coniston. You can also walk over to the Grizedale Visitor centre. There are not really any paths for any distance along the lake side.
