Hi, I stay in bournemouth and planning to visit new forest national park. Is it open and can I visit ?

Your question suggests that you may not understand what National Parks are in this country. There are no gates or entrance fees or anything like that. People live there, often in sizeable towns that were built long before National Parks were thought of. They cannot close.
They are just particularly scenic parts that have extra protection against development. For a visitor the only visible evidence is a sign by the road as you enter.Edited: 02 April 2021, 09:38
There are, as Dewy says, no boundaries other than cattle grids on the access roads to keep the livestock in. You drive in and out as you please, although English lockdown restrictions may still apply depending on when you visit.
If you intend to drive, and especially at night, be aware that the animals are free to roam and have no road sense.
