Buccaneers backpackers is an excellent place to stay, and not expensive.

Check out the spelling - also called cintsa (without the "h"), and sometimes cintza.

Plenty of info on the internet and at Tripadvisor..

Cintza or Cintsa is a little coastal village with a nice beach at the bottom end of the Wild Coast, past East London. It is a popular holiday spot but not crowded. Take it slow, enjoy the beach, take some walks, maybe visit a nearby game reserve. There isn't much in the way of entertainment - just a couple of restaurants and shops and a lot of holiday homes. You go there to get away from it all and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Wild Coast, laze around on the beach, hike or swim or fish, etc. Heaven on earth.
