Trying to figure out if this membership company is legit? Can't seem to find anything online about them.
Just curious? If you can't find anything online about them, then how did you hear about them? I'm leery of any membership scheme where you pay for something upfront in lieu of something unknown in the future.
yes it was definitely a timeshare high pressure type presentation. Just trying to determine if we should turn them in as a scam.
Who exactly do you turn them into?
What do you exactly suspect will happen?
Have you thought by just posting here you have very likely lead some more sheep to them?
Please, I would love to know your answers.
Whew just trying to do some research on a company I can't find any digital footprint for them other than their own web stuff. So it seems pretty odd to me. Don't know how others would even find them.
Just thought I would reach out to other travelers to see if anyone else had heard or had experience with them. Will figure out next steps after I do my due diligence.
Sometimes the simple answer is the right one.
Hopefully your due diligence is before you signed anything.
How did you find about about them?
Their website tells nothing really, just a bunch of corporate buzz terms, so what is it that even attracts you to investigating this company further? I don't get it. There are reviews on Trustpilot, which is not necessarily a good review source, but even the numbers on Trustpilot are not great.
Or do you enjoy being battered in a high pressure sales presentation as you called it?
We just sat in their presentation yesterday, March 2nd and it is NOT A TIMESHARE. They buy up blocks of hotels/cruise lines/airfare/ etc. and they then sell it to their members at wholesale prices. They make their money by their upfront fee (roughly $15,000) plus a yearly fee of $149.00 (which contractually never goes up) and NO GROUNDS FEE OR OTHER FEES. They said they have roughly 1.5 million members and you would just call into their offices and book through them getting you the wholesale price. We got it for $10,000.00 plus our membership covers all our family members. I will let you all know - as soon as my membership becomes active (in about 5 days). We had a timeshare many years ago and HATED all the bu@#it, no availability and extra-extra-extra FEES. The international properties in Germany sucked eggs. We do a lot of traveling so buying wholesale plus calling just one place to book a complete itinerary just make sense to us. I'll keep you all posted!! Contact me if you have any questions.
" We got it for $10,000.00 plus our membership "
I am so sorry for you.
Yes please come back and let me know if you got anything for your 10.000 loss.
