Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. Kind regards Simone
I ate here whilst staying at Sani Lodge and got to really appreciate the work of the restaurant team who always delivered a plentiful and healthy meal with locally sourced food. I ate there for both breakfast and dinner, and each day they provided me...a packed lunch to eat our on tour. They were very good in catering to me as a vegetarian. They also have an interesting little gift shop.More

We had dinner a few times. Pretty basic food but if you don’t have supplies for the self catering at the Sani Lodge next door, this will do! Supposedly, there is WiFi even though the connection is so slow that we couldn’t really use it.More

The best home made fruit jams ever and lots of fresh fruit, home made yoghurt and milk fresh from the farm. Delicious! Evening meals...were substantial and tasty. The women who run this cafe are friendly and eager to please.More

Attached to Sani Lodge, this quiet place is a good place to stop on the drive up to Sani Pass. The food is largely home grown with delicious jams and bread. Prices are OK, too.
Thank you for your input. We appreciate constructive feedback.
We ate here every day whilst staying at the Sani Lodge. The meals are exactly what you need after a long day hiking, warm, filling and super tasty. The evening meals need to be booked before 5pm, otherwise you can order off the cafe menu....The food is also excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and do a great job.More

It is set in a very scenic area, close to the Sani Pass. It has a very homely atmosphere, with tasty home cooking. The service is very relaxed and pleasant. We dined at this restaurant located right next to the Sani Lodge Backpackers two nights we stayed there. It is advisable to book in the morning to take the menu of the day , since you otherwise you expose yourself to that can not serve...the same and you prepare something a little different. In any case the food is simple and homemade and quite good . It consists of a first course (soup, starters or similar) , a main course ( chicken or beef with mashed , vegetables , etc. ) and a dessert. The drink is not included in the price of the menu and if you want you can bring your own drink or take free water. Also they have the option menu for vegans.More
