To select the tastings (100ml each at R10 per 100ml) is the difficult part! There were about 17 to choose from! This slickly run tasting room (also serving food, but we were there for the beer) overlooks the brewing room. The assistants help with choosing...More

What a great setting and we had such high expectations. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and handed menus , but thereafter tried in vain to get anyone to serve us! Although there were 4 people standing at the bar area doing nothing , it...More

We stopped off at Darling Brew to do a tasting on route to the West Coast. Good location and very rustic yet modern tasting room and restaurant. Food is great and comes highly recommended. Maybe free WiFi for patrons would be better to promote the...More

My daughters drink beer, and they made us stop in Darling just to visit this brewery. The tasting room/restaurant overlooks their 'factory' of vats. So industrial and beautiful. Fascinating decor and building. I don't like beer, but I tasted anyway. My daughters loved the beer!!...More

Found this brewery in the obscure industrial area, but this works a charm. Lovely environment for families and the beer tasting is very well structured. We had the steak burger and this wasn't the tastiest, but the chips were great. Good menu, but we would...More
