From scrumptious spring rolls with the perfect chilli dip for starters, to the tender perfectly slow cooked, and melt in your mouth Lamb Rogan Josh in a delectable creamy butter sauce,
to my favourite of the evening, the tangy fish, and simply delicious Fish Madras....What an Indian feast!
Nothing was left to change with the side dishes either. Chef turned simple side dishes Dai Makhani, Aloo Mutter and Pilau Rice into perfectly spiced, balanced, and fully developed flavours into an experience on its own.
The sides perfectly accompanied the Butter Chicken as infused rice, and the Lacha Paratha as a traditional flatbread dipping vessels for all the flavourful sauces. Although the Dal Makhani was served as a side, it could easily have been the perfect vegetarian main course, it was obvious that the Chef has mastered this dish as well.
It was terribly disappointing not to have the chance to taste the Basundi for dessert, will defiantly return for this another time.More
