GB Coffee Café is a not just a coffee shop, but also a place where friends meet daily. We micro roast our coffee, ensuring you of a fresh cup of coffee. We have 3 unique blends, Stoppelbaard koffie, Bokbal koffie and Nine Lives Coffee. We also have these coffee blends available in 225g & 1 kg bags for you to take home. We make sure we keep things interesting for our customers. We serve freshly prepared breakfast, ranging from healthy and hearty, signature dishes and if you feel a bit naughty ( try the french toast banana style !). Oh yes, did we mention we do Banting Breakfast too! Our Burgers are BIG and tasty, and a wide range to choose from. We serve light meals and then a wide variety of interesting yet very tasty sandwiches. We prepare all our meals fresh. Our cakes and sweet selection is made in-house. Find the best coffee and lemon meringue pie in this warm and welcoming Coffee Café a few metres from the lagoon in Langebaan, and trust my opinion, I go all over the Cape to taste, regarding myself as a connoisseur in coffee and cakes!! Have not tried his carrot cake but his cheesecake is also delish! Had a few of the lunch/ breakfast options as well, all perfect and delishious. His Famous Chicken livers included! They bake their own bread too, showing passion and pride in what they do. Don't pass them by during your next visit to Langebaan on the West Coast of SA;)

We had a wonderful lunch at this wonderful cafe. It's the second time we've eaten here in a week. The reason is the food, the service and the good atmosphere. We spoke to the owner who told us that the food was made with creativity focusing on delicious flavors. We will definitely be back.

I Love visiting Ginja Beanz.
Frindly staff, who love their customers.Excellent coffee, love the BOKBAL brand.
Always enjoy when Melvin & crew make a jumbo cappuchino, - strongly flavoured without being harsh - and consistency is an attribute when it comes to coffee.
New FRESHPRESH juices. You gotta try the "Beetlejuice"
Also the smoothies are protein packed and Divine!
Mostly the owner, Hanneke and her staff are compassionate.
Not bieng able to use my arms, they assist me with !sheer empathy! on a daily basis. Joyful Atmosphere
Well flavoured food! I love the tramezzini's and regularly order a Burger patty& Salad
But come and find Your personal favourite.

I love this place! The exact order: Banana Loaf, breakfast; this was yummy! I liked the juice press with charcoal, I enjoyed it too. The waiter did a marvellous job. Will I go back? For sure!

An ideal place for a late Breakfast or a snack.
Their poached egg is a must and done to perfection. Very good coffee as well. Ask for a table in the lovely courtyard.

AVOID!!! Waited best part of an hour to then got an ice cold breakfast eggs ice cold scrambled egg ice cold poached eggs raw and toast was cheap supermarket bread and arrived cold and rock hard as if it had been sitting out for days! Manager then just told us ‘shouldn’t be like that’ and offered a free croissant? So many better cheaper places to eat! Kitchen staff looked more interested in socialising than making or serving food!
DISASTER from minute we sat down….

Thank you for sharing your feedback. At GB Coffee Cafe, we take pride in providing quality food and service, and we are confident in the standards we uphold. However, I’d like to address your comments with clarity and the facts surrounding your visit.
On the day in question, the recorded waiting time for your order was 32 minutes, which is well within our typical timeframe during peak periods. As a coastal establishment with both indoor and outdoor seating, we recommend guests who prefer their food to remain hot opt for indoor seating, especially on windy days.
Regarding your meal, it is important to note that over 90% of it had been consumed before the issue was raised - which creates difficulty in addressing quality issues. Despite this, I personally apologised for your dissatisfaction and offered to replace your meal with any item from our menu. Additionally, I extended a gesture of goodwill by offering complimentary items from our deli display and takeaway beverages, which you declined.
Our kitchen team is trained to maintain focus and professionalism, and I observed no behaviour that would support your claim of inattentiveness. I also respectfully disagree with your description of the food quality, as we use fresh ingredients and bread sourced from a local bakery, not supermarket alternatives.
While we regret that our efforts to address your concerns did not meet your expectations, we stand by the professionalism of our staff and the quality of our offerings.
We wish you well and hope your future dining experiences elsewhere meet your preferences.
