This place is the best place to enjoy your lunch and a drink in a hot day in the Zanzibar City. There is a sea breeze all the time, so it is very comfortable to sit there and enjoy the beautiful sea view while you’re...eating. The food was very good and fresh – especially the Poke bowl and pastas. The drinks were also prepared properly. We were surprised that this was not that expensive place like we expected. Service was good – especially from the ladies. Make sure that your tip goes to the right person/s. We had a very good service from one of the ladies and after we asked her the bill, the male colleague came to give it to us. We asked where our waitress is and his answer was ‘to be honest, she asked me to come to you’. Of course, we didn’t believe it and gave no tip for this man. Luckily, we found the waitress that was sent away by this male colleague and gave the tip to her. A bit annoying to see this kind of behaviour. What a terrible experience! CTFM is just too overrated.. We ordered food, the fish was all gone bad.
We ordered Jameson - But the management acting smart and sent US a red label instead.
We tried to resolve the issue on the table it self...before posting it here. The management is poor too, and not helpful at all, all money oriented and fooling the tourists!More

After a hot morning roaming the streets of Stone Town this is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a bit of lunch with views of the port. The service was very good. We had fish combos which were fresh and plentiful. Definitely worth a...visitMore
