On Saturday I had an oxtail with mash potatoes and vegetables. Delicious and well presented. I recommend this place if you looking for a relaxed dining

We had a pleasant evening at Addo's. The food was fairly good, both our dishes Oxtail and Lamb Shank the meat fell off the bone. We also had the Creme Brulee and ice-cream with chocolate sauce. It's really great when the owner and chef interacts....The service was very good.More

Heard a lot about Addo's and therefore a visit was a must. Everything was fine - the friendly staff, the food, the prices, Addo himself visiting our table, etc - however it wasn't fine dining in the true sense of the word. All our meals...were tasty and well prepared but none of them were exceptional - that's what I would expect if I went "fine dining"! If you want a good and hearty meal Addo's is fine. However I wouldn't rush back for anything in particular. There are lots of other places in Clarens that are well worthwhile trying.More

Certainly not fine dining. A very pedestrian restaurant with average food. If you are looking for a fine dining experience I would recommend Treat which is exactly that, a real dining treat.

What an amazing homely set up Restuarant with in and out door seating. We had a very nice and mouth watering dinner at this restaurant. The lamb shank I had is by far one of my best. I am not a dessert person but after...eating the uicy and nice lamb shank, I had to try their dessert. I went for my all time favorite mulva pudding and it was very nice, the best by far. The chef himself comes to ask how the food is after it has been served. This is a must go to restaurant in Clarens.More

Attentive service. The chef comes for a chat which is a nice touch. My steak was tender and prepared to my liking and my husband enjoyed his oxtail. I would not call the menu fine dining though... pastas, salads, steaks, and traditional slow cooked fare...not much out of the ordinary... except for a few itemsMore

Addo's Fine Dining is well-placed in the charming town of Clarens. The food is frankly exceptional, with fresh ingredients and a superb attention to detail. We had a tender and perfectly balanced lamb curry as well as a remarkable pork belly, all at very reasonable...prices. As foreigners, it was the best meal we ate in Clarens by far. The chef himself does the rounds to ensure that all clients are satisfied, he is a lovely man with a fascinating life story! Addo's is a must for anyone stopping in Clarens, it would be a shame to miss it.More
