Food and coffee was sub standard, with service slow. In such a lovely setting, one would expect more.

Lovely food and very nice service! Best Potstall stop on the N7 - we have been here 3 times and always left happily. Nice garden to sit in at the back of the house.
Atmosphere was exactly what my wife was looking for. The food was the best food we have had on this whole trip it was very fresh. Overall a great evening and great vibe.
Thank you to the whole team at Hebron, making our 3rd year anniversary so special. Absolute perfection. 🥂👌
We had Saturday night dinner with our two kids. Everyone loved their meal. The grilled ostrich filet was divine, so were the chicken and steak. The Ouma’s apple pie was pure heaven. We went back the next day and had an absolutely delicious lunch, so...the high quality is consistent. The owner/chef and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!More
My friends and I really enjoyed this cute restaurant. Thank you for the great service, hospitality and food
Food selection really different, interesting and tasted awesome. wine selection poor. Decor quirky and creative. considering the area you're in, the access and facilities, they have done an awesome job and this place is is the best in the area by far.
What a beautiful setting, we enjoyed the wine tasting and the food was absolutely delicious. Fantastic service. We will be back and can highly recommend!
I went for brunch on my own at Hebron on 16 June 2022. What a stunning place. Excellent service, fabulous food (had a breakfast brioche and coffee). Lovely artwork, stunning gardens.
When in need of a stop-over when driving over the Piekenierskloof N7, spend a night at this B&B, you won't be sorry. Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, a dip in the pool on a hot day, and the chance of probably enjoying your best dinner...that week as Steve (the Hebron owner) is in my opinion one of the better chefs in & around Cape TownMore
Myself and Wife, visiting from accomodation across the way, had an upsettingly disappointing ordeal. Host not acknowledging us entering; waiting 15min after being seated for a tasting menu, (*NOTE) where a neighboring table had just finished their tasting, then being told we have to relocate...to another section to do the tasting! Which upon arrival at this location of the premises WAS CLOSED AN UNATTENDED. Indirectly being asking to leave? Shocking shocking shocking. Putrid customer service experience. Please do ask me video footage of the experience.More
We stayed at a resort close by and had supper at Hebron for our anniversary. This place is really special and not to be missed. The food was amazing and the service was awesome. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they are dog friendly. It...was so good that we went back for more!More
Most amazing pork belly! Don’t let the looks of the place put you off. The food is the best in the area. Limited wine list. Desert was really good
We call it our Mount Nelson Hotel. It's only half hour from our home in Piketberg, so it has always been a treat. Steve, the owner and Chef, knows me well by now, and that I'm quite particular. My lady had the Green Pea Filafel...and I had the Stuffed Goat and Beans special. Absolutely exquisite, authentic food that you will not easily find within 200 kilos from here. Service was great, in spite of the heat today, quite normal for this time of the year though. Our favourite waitress, Lydia, took splendid care of us, like always. It's really a special place and like it's name suggests, a good treat for the soul, to relax on a organic farm where all the stuff comes from it's own gardens and local farmers.More
Friends recommended Hebron for tea tasting. When we walked in towards the restaurant area from the parking area, the gardens were overgrown and as we approached it was really scruffy looking. Closer to the resatuarnt, it almost looked like a scrap yard. We also discovered...that they no longer did tea tasting. They even recommended us to a neighbouring venue called De Tol where the experience was excellent and best of all absolutely free. It turned out that in the light of our purchases, that with tongue in cheek, it was not quite free!More
We decided to concentrate our efforts over the past year on keeping our staff employed through difficult Covid times. As a result, the grounds did suffer somewhat so apologies that your experience didn't meet your aesthetic expectations. Our local rooibos grower has opened a fantastic...More
