The restaurant was renewed and if, from outside you may see nothing of extraordinary, once inside and tasting the delicious food you will understand why Mario's is the best one in Tete.
The place is clean, the environment is cool and the staff very attentive. The food, from the appetizers to the main course, is always super fresh and marvelous and there are lots of options, from chicken, to meat or seafood so you will always find something that you like.
For sure Mario's is a must when you are in Tete.

We asked for a full house plate because we were 4 and we could not finish. The service is highly flexible and great. Staff well trained and friendly. Excellent food with special smell of garlic - very fresh.

Perfect tasty food. Great service and atmosphere.
The owner and staff were so warm and welcoming; felt like home. Wifi was provided and worked perfectly. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Even a simple chicken is nice. There food is really good it’s a nice place to go with family or friends to have a city and enjoy the food.

Was in Tete for business and an old friend invited for the right spot to have a business meeting on a fine ambient! Very cool inside although it was summer. Good food, tried the fresh Marara got on the oven and had some Manica's great beers. Recommend to everyone that visits Tete.

A must when you in Tete . The venue is remarkable, you might not be impressed from outside but once inside it’s amazing. The restaurant is clean and well set out. The food is divine, amazing português cuisine. The prawn cocktail is a must. The owner makes every effort to make sure that you have an amazing experience. Make sure to stop at Mario’s on your next Tete trip.

When in Mozambique the seafood reaches another gastronomical level. They are fresh & once eaten you are smitten & don't want to eat from your local seafood joints anymore. I love seafood & when i see seafood i really want to taste about everything, from sushi to crayfish, lobster, calamari, mussels, fresh line fish & prawns. You can order a platter here & get all besides the sushi served in one gigantic plate. We thoroughly enjoyed our seafood & will definitely be going back for more. Completely & utterly in love with this place.

If you are looking for good and affordable food...Marius is the best place you can find in Tete. The restaurant was upgraded and looks very good. The owner of the place is very friendly and the quality of the service and goosd is excellent. I do recommend!!

This very popular Owner operated restaurant in Tete is still one of the top three. The quality of the food and fairly good servicewill ensure that you will have a pleasant experience. Feel free to ask Mario what he recommends in terms of fresh seafood and good meats.

A must visit restaurant. Make sure you get there early as it gets full. Service is excellent and place very clean. They serve excellent dishes well decorated. Also the fact that it’s location is quiet makes it ideal to chill.

Despite its location, is the best one in Tete. The plates are really good and the staff is helpful, also its owner. They have large menu, and you can choose from Beef chicken, seafood, or fish, always in portuguese style. Top dish is less than U$30. There are good starter orders and bottled, boxed or canned drinks.
