Okay... So where do I begin?!? I think a good place is stating that I live down the down the road from Obz Cafe, so it would only make sense to pay the Cafe a visit. It's got an authenticity to it, and a happy hour, I'm not yet sure which one I'm more excited about. They have phenomenal wings,... More

This was an unplanned walk in, enjoyed the food immensely. Loved the extra thin pizza base, and the Cosmo was to die for. Excellent service too!

Hi There Thank you very much for your feed back. I am sorry you feel that the way you do. I do my utmost best to run Obz cafe as best I can, unfortunately now and then the domino effect gets the better of us, and we cannot serve certain items. Since you were not offered a satisfactory explanation from... More

Obz Café in Observatory is a trendy restaurant that offers a good range of delicious food and drinks. We visited for a quick lunch and enjoyed a toasted ham cheese and tomato on health bread with a fresh dressed salad and a portion of coleslaw, and a pulled pork and slaw ciabatta roll with chips and coleslaw. Generous portions, reasonable... More

Obz Cafe is a great place to relax for a meal. Was a little disappointed that the peri peri chicken was not available. The burger were great and the pizza I had was very big, thin based and tasty. The Monday burger special is worth while. Will return one day to try the peri peri chicken.

We had lunch here in the middle of a week as it was the only name I recognised....it has been here forever! Busy area with many students and quaint bars and eateries with parking a nightmare. We both had cuppucinos which were a little weak. Good toasted sandwiches on great seed loaf (which were cold but tasty) think they were... More

This is the first place we visited for a meal in Cape Town, as it was a few blocks down from where we were staying. The food was excellent (my wife got the half chicken, I got the fish and chips. Great atmosphere as with most places on Lower Main. The waitstaff was very friendly, the only negative was that... More
