Staff is rude and ignores you, especially an older, washed-up waitress. I waved her down four times, she kept ignoring me. She was instead happily servicing the older German customers. At the end, I forced a young guy to take my order. Food is terrible,...portions are tiny. We ordered red mullet (13.50€) - tiny portion and didn’t taste fresh. The swordfish was drenched in oil. The potato salad was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. No flavour, just a bunch of boiled potatoes thrown into a bowl. The mixed salad was plain. The “potatoes” on the menu are just a tiny plate of fries. The food is expensive and not worth it! Also, another customer, a Greek woman who looked like out of a tacky 1970s soap opera, complained about our daughter playing with her kids. She was also shouting before because we had taken her desired table. The staff was also laughing at us with her. It was all a PATHETIC scene out of a cheap village movie! If you are English-speaking, don’t bother with this restaurant. The staff and their Greek customers are ignorant, provincial clowns!More

Staff completely ignored us, had to go to the counter to get menus, order drinks, order food, get a high chair for our daughter, ask for condiments, order more water, get the bill, etc. Other tables (especially the Greek and German ones) did get a...lot of attention. Our treatment was probably because my wife is not white but South Asian. Sadly, this type of racism still happens occasionally in Greece. Some other guests were also giving us dirty looks for no reason, all while smoking at table (unfortunately common in Greece) even during eating and in front of kids. Food took a long time to come and was below average too. Swordfish was drenched in olive oil. Red mullet was plain. ‘Potatoes’ were just fries. Potato salad was terrible and had no flavour. All tiny portions. All for 43€?! You can eat way better in other places for this amount of money!More

Fanatastic place, delicious food, beautiful setting, great service, everything perfect! We came for a late lunch, the majority of visitors are all Greek and it is truly authentic, fresh, clean Mediterranean food.

Excellent sea-food restaurant near the seaside, very close to a small picturesque local fishing port. Fresh fish, very well cooked with very decent prices. Staff polite and professional. Worth a try!

Very good fish tavern close to the main road Preveza / Igoumenitsa . Nice and quiet place with view on the port . This is my favorite place to eat grilled cuttlefish, they have it all the year fresh.

A true Pleasant exception ; more than excellent marinated anchofish; perfect octopus and grilled squid. Good cook who prepares the meals fresh to taste. Bottemline for all my reviews is the question: do I want to go back once? A very strong yes!

The Skaloma restaurant overlooks the picturesque small fishing harbour of Lygia. There was a very pretty sunset as we sat down at our table for four. We have eaten here before and were very impressed. This time we were equally impressed with the friendly and...impeccable service and the delicious food. For an entree we shared a plate of fried aubergines and a tomato salad with fresh bread and olive oil /vinegar. Delicious! For mains we had Mussels with Rice, fried Gavros, a Crab Salad and a grilled fresh bream. All very tasty and the serving sizes were extremely generous and the prices very reasonable. We really enjoyed the local white and red wine accompanying our meal. All in all we had a great evening and definitely will be returning when next in Lygia, Preveza. Many thanks to the hard working staff!More
