A warm summer evening, we are sitting very pleasantly outside. Extremely friendly service, nice Bavarian, she explains and advises us well. We choose the 7-course menu, one as a vegetarian option, which is individually adapted. The menu is very varied and imaginative, little meat (good!), lots of vegetables, 3x fish in a variety of preparations: salmon trout in pork belly was very good, as was the sturgeon in egg yolk casing. A highlight was the excellent tomato and char soup with zucchini, eggplant, lemon and beluga lentils. Ingredients mostly regional and home-made. Creative combination of different textures and seasonings, sometimes sweet, sometimes very spicy: it never got boring. If there is anything to criticize, then perhaps it is the exuberant variety of flavors, which sometimes made you lose track. A little more simplicity, straightforwardness and clarity would have been better at times. Sometimes the breaks between courses were very long. There are no big names on the wine list, but we had a good, clean Pinot Gris from Reinhessen. A very pleasant evening, excellent service, creative cuisine. Not exactly cheap, of course, considering that Manuelis doesn't have a star (yet). In any case, a recommendation for a special evening.

Great dining experience in Miesbach which is not really known for top class restaurants. Excellent food, charming and attentive staff and cosy atmosphere.
Probably one of the best places for a special evening in the whole area.
We were a group of 10 all grown up in the region and we had a fantastic 9 course menu with a good wine selection - most of the ingredients produced in the region.
Simply great !

We had the chance to find a little and very nice place for dinner in Miesbach not far away from Munich and the lake tegernsee in Bavaria. Food was great and nicely served by the staff. Almost everything locally purchased and delicately cooked! Great evening with parents and kids!
