Unbeatable quality/quantity/price ratio! We went to eat on a Saturday and were surprised by the menu for €16.90 which, by the way, included salad, dessert and coffee. It is true that we had to wait 10 more minutes even though we had a reservation but it seemed like a short time being August and taking into account the number of clients they had. The service was very friendly and attentive at all times. The dishes were full portions and well presented. The quality of the food was very good. We went again for dinner and left with the same impression. We also ordered a mixed paella to take away by phone. You have to leave a €20 deposit until the paella pan is returned. It was spectacular!

Except for a very long wait for the first dish to be brought to us, apparently due to poor communication between the waiters and us when asking after 45 minutes because it took so long and without any response, the wait was worth it because the cook excelled with the dishes. . We ate a €16.5 menu that includes salad, first course, second dessert and coffee. I ordered eggplant stuffed with seafood (divine!), my husband ordered mussels marinara style, which were also very good. For the second course we ordered cuttlefish in green sauce and everything was very delicious. For dessert, delicious cheese flan. The rest of the evening was great. We left very happy.

Impressed. A menu of 16.5 euros that can be charged double or more, without shame. Very good service with complimentary salad, free. Includes bottle of wine, bread, dessert and coffee. And all very rich. Not to be believed, today. I'm too lazy to put up such a good review...don't let it get too crowded!

Well yes, what a shame! Casa Isabel, one of the classics of Alcossebre, has gotten out of hand... In December 2023 they had an excellent menu at €16.90 that included mussels a la marinera (unbeatable!) and grilled sole, very good. Today, June 14, the menu is €22.50 and not even a shadow of the mussels (which I insist, are one of the best I have ever eaten!) or the sole! This is a 33% increase - can they justify it because they have increased employees' salaries by 33%? I think the winner is the Valentín Restaurant, an excellent price-quality ratio. Be careful, it is always full, book yes or yes!

Restaurant on the promenade with terrace. They have the terrace fully covered and full of fans to mitigate a little humidity and heat. If you do not like this method against heat, this is not your restaurant. The midday menu can choose between several first and second, drink, coffee and dessert. Quality price well, without asking much. From the service indicate that there were many waiters for the people who had eaten and that despite this there were times that did not pay much attention to you.

We ordered the meat paella the waiter wrongly bought the mixed seafood paella. The waiter then said he would instead bring us a new meat paella. 10 mins later he returned with the supposed new paella which was not new it was the old seafood paella minus the seafood on the top but still had the prawns and a few old bits of chicken! The rude waiter did not apologise and we asked to speak to the manager who was apologetic and upset. Lying about a dish saying it had no seafood is potentially fatal ! And that waiter should be fired !

Big rain on Alcossebre when we took refuge in this restaurant, without reservation! They welcomed us without hesitation and set up a table then lowered a laminated canvas to better protect us from the water that fell more beautifully! We feasted (cuttlefish with plancha, chipirones, croquetas, wolf, sides of lamb...) everything was perfect! We'll go back!

Dinner in hot August days is basically a pleasure here. With some wind and views of the beach this is something fine. The appetizers with Gambas al Ajillo and the salad were good. We were looking forward to a paella Valenciana. But unfortunately, it was badly done, as in many restaurants that prepare for tourists. The meat dry, the rice almost white - Azafran was completely missing. No joy. We are still looking for a good paella near the beach. No luck so far. In this respect unfortunately good location - but disappointing cuisine. A bright spot was the very friendly service.

We were looking for something fairly casual for dinner and must have stumbled across this shortly after opening for the evening - lots of tables free etc. The photos in the menu and English translations made it easy for us, but in fairness the pics don't do it justice, and are obviously not carefully 'staged' as you might find somewhere fancier. We had a few tapas, a huge ceaser salad and 2 burger dishes - all was brilliant quality and delicious - portion sizes were pretty big for tapas!! Really great value and friendly service. Needed not have worried by the amount of free tables when we arrived, by the time we left there was a big queue so obviously popular! Would certainly return.

Perfect for a typical lunch with sea view. Eaten and drunk very well, certainly the place is a bit touristy given the location, but Paella is one of the best eaten in Valencia. Recommended. Watch out for reservations, because the place is always very crowded

They have several firsts and several seconds, very varied. Good quantity and it was good. The black rice a little hard and dry, but the rest was fine. The service was a little slow for there being quite a few waiters, but still a nice place on the promenade with a well-priced menu.

We’ve had two delicious well priced lunches here this week. Tapas on Saturday with a few beers was delicious so we booked for Sunday lunch - pretty much essential as only a handful of places are open in the winter. The menu del dia at €12 a head was superb value. There are choices of about 12 dishes each for starters and mains. Followed by dessert followed by coffee (even a carajillo was included) with a bottle of wine (or other drink) - service was efficient - a lovely experience !

We found a place by chance because it was full. Super good pan and super seasoned with plenty of fish, generous portion and when we ordered the waiter immediately told us the waiting time to have it as it is made at the moment, so we had no surprises. Everything top
