We stayed at the neigboring hotel Bluetopia, so we were advised to eat here. Very friendly and professional service, food excellent. Special place where everyone wants to be, so book in advance, if not no chance.

Our entrees were delicious - and reasonably priced - with personable service...in a historic locale, with views of the famous windmills in the background. “Kastro” means “castle”...and is named because one of the thick walls was once one of the castle walls of Mykonos.

This spot can get busy - so I would recommend getting there in plenty of time for Sunset (also quite windy - just something to be aware of).

We had dinner at Kastro's exactly a week ago (Oct. 7), it was our last dinner in Mykonos. During the day, I had noticed the little path and the great location of the restaurant. Though we did not have any reservation, we decided to give...More

We came to Kastros for a few drinks and a cool spot to sit and enjoy the stunning view. Prices were reasonable, the beer was well chilled, and the little alley at the side was a great spot to catch some fresh air on a...More

We visited Kastros in July and were lucky to sit outside right next to the water. We dined for 1-2 hours and ordered 3 courses from the menu. Food was tasty and didn’t take long to come out, couldn’t fault it our experience.

I am utterly bemused as to how Kastro’s gets so many five star reviews. The best dish we ate was a cheese spring roll starter with honey. I mean, what can go wrong with that combo. The lamb chops were bone dry and barely edible....More

As with most areas that cater to tourists, prices are a tad inflated. Entrees were in the 20-40 Euro range. I think Shannon's response of 100-125 euro for 2 with drinks is correct. Our meal and service were very good, and... More
