Had a fantastic breakfast at Canaan and was very happy with the price. They sell divine biltong and drywors and we snacked on it all the way to the south coast. It was their vetkoek day and they were delicious. Will definetly stop here on our eay back to Pretoria again. Thank you for the friendly service as well.👌🏻

Random stop and visit. Brilliant breakfast and very reasonably priced in comparison to all the places we visited during the two and a half weeks we had in SA. The breakfast was very very good and the staff are lovely.

Looking for an amazing slice of carrot cake! Well, Canaan in Winterton has it!! It was so delicious, it was gone before we could take a photo.... absolutely worth the treat! Thank you!

Had an early start to our day, saw this restaurant en route, stopped for breakfast.
WOW very expensive! So we thought Muffins and Coffee - crazy price! So we settled for Latte and pancake for 2 guests - R95.00. Latte lacked body and was warm not hot .... on a winters morning.
Our first, our last visit...... we travel from Clarens to Pmb often but will never stop here again.

We had assessor training at the Barn/Bush Lodge and Emile used Canaan Cellars to help with the food. Our assessors said the food was great and that they would recommend it for sure. Thank you Canaan Cellars.

Lovely cosy ambiance, very friendly staff with good "on the go" food and coffee house services including gifts. Their breakfasts, especially Farmhouse breakfast was excellent and very good value for money!!

Had a very enjoyable half an hour here sprawled on their settee. Coffee was good, others had cake which also looked good. If you want you can browse their collection of gifts to purchase. Good place.

We popped into this lovely little coffee shop on our way through Winterton. It has lovely little trinkets and is great for a quick browse. The coffee was great, will make another stop when I pass through again!

Only customers there. Ordered the farmhouse breakfast.
Horrible. The pork sausages were overcooked in the same old oil as the bacon.
Nice setting though. So paid R69 for 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. Could not eat the sausages.
Damn expensive for what we got.
Will try the bridge hotel next time

Outdoor area is very relaxing with tables and chairs, or couch areas to enjoy your coffee. Biltong muffins were delicious.

My family and I ALWAYS stop by this gorgeous little coffee shop. We're always greeted by friendly staff and owners. The food is delish. I always have the mixed berry smoothie with the cottage cheese and biltong muffin (highly recommended). Although my family say the massive scones, pancakes and sandwiches are too die!!!
They've also a wide variety of cute crafts and gifts.
Always a pleasure visiting this store, great memories made.

Very pleasant stop. Larger than first perceived. Also has a lovely gift shop inside. Although we did not eat the menu was daily large with a wide variety.
