My wife and I visited a couple of times over our holiday. The food was superb and the service we received was equally as good. The manageress Dragana was really informative about the area the food on offer and the company's other restaurants in the...area. We can't recommend highly enough. If you are travelling to lanzarote this place is a must!More

My wife and I had the pleasure of eating at this wonderful restaurant a number of times, while on our recent holiday to Lanzarote. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Most importantly the food was fantastic. If only I...lived in Lanzarote this would be a regular place to eat for us.More

Free drink on entry, Free starter as a recommendation before ordering. Every element of the Tapas was fantastic and the paella enough to feed a family never mind two. The best bit of the restaurant is the staff, on hand, great service, couldn’t reccomend more.

We asked at the door for seafood paella as in the menu it’s called differently, the Gentlemen/bouncer pointed and we asked if for the price showed it was for two people and he said yes. I placed the order and asked the waitress one portion...of paella. We got it after 40 minutes and was nice initially but cold and my husband got a lot of sand in a prawn. We ask to replace it even tho they were suggesting to get something else. We wanted seafood paella!!! We got it eventually and when we got the bill we were charged for two paellas. When we asked explanations the waitress started to speak in Spanish and insinuating that I blamed the gentleman/ bouncer at the door. We asked to deal with the manager. He come and calmly we were trying to understand. We never refused to pay, just wanted to understand the double charge. He started to raise his voice and after walking away Whilst we were still trying to explain our point of view he got very close to my husband physically and my husband started to respond also. The gentleman/bouncer came closer and also tried to touch my husband. In between all mens testosterone I did pay but left with a huge disappointment. Customer service was disgusting and we believe that they do scam tourist regularly, that’s why they have a bouncer at the door!!!More

We were looking to have a Paella on our last evening in Lanzarote, as we walked by the this restaurant the man outside sold us the dream of "the very best Paella". Inside, the restaurant itself was decorated beautifully, very clean and had a very...upmarket feel, the staff were dressed smart and seemed attentive. We ordered tapas and Paella, the Papas Arrugas came, presented very nicely but they were just far too salty to eat, they were basically baked in too much salt and even when you brushed most of it off they were just unpleasant to eat. I speak some Spanish and when I told the waitress she smiled and took them away and did not return!! Another waitress came to serve our Paella, this waitress we saw just a few minutes earlier smoking directly outside the restaurant and you could still smell the smoke on her as she stood by our table. The Paella itself was well presented to us by the staff but in my 35+ years of both living and visiting Spain it was by far the worst looking and tasteless Paella I have ever been served. It was served to us basically cold (both to the taste and touch) we called the waitress back over to complain and say we can't eat this , she removed the Paella dish and said I will tell the chef. Then nothing.... we waited for around 20 minutes to see if anyone would return to our table but no!I I could hear the staff talking about us yet no one returned or offered a solution to our very disappointing dinning experience. We asked 3 times for our bill and when it came they had charged us for the uneaten cold paella. When I challenged them on this I was told again "we told the chef" . No management came to see us and the staff just completely failed big time to offer us any form of Customer Service. So, the restaurant is a lovely looking place, very clean and uniformed staff but unfortunately the food and service levels was a massive disappointment. In summary our worst dinning experience we have ever had on our many trips to Costa Teguise.More

The food was faultless. Genuinely. Duck cannelloni, garlic prawns, chicken burger. All delicious. Sadly it meant a 95 minute wait :( kids were grumpy ) just an unacceptably long wait. Ruined an otherwise quality restaurant

Went here last night fancying a steak. We were showed to our table by a man who sat us down and said "use that" and walked off to grab some passing potential customers. "That" was a small QR code but we'd left our phones at...the hotel. A small man in a scruffy teenagers T-Shirt asked what drink we'd like. We only like to start with water before we move on to cocktails etc. He wasn't happy we just wanted water and we asked for a menu. He pointed to the QR code. My partner said "no we'd like a menu if possible..." and before she could say why he walked away and clearly moaned to his colleague. He came back with 2 menus and threw a drinks menu down with such force it skidded to the end of the table without saying a word he walked off again. We got up and left. You don't treat customers like that in a restaurant you child! You should be working in McDonald's and playing with the happy meal toys with your childish ways. We went to La Pardela instead spending euros they deserved.More
