After years of coming here to warmbaths our family lived that this spur is now halaal....yippee. ordered delicious crusty pizza and 0n special 2 large pizzas 229 with 1.5 l coke. We ordered some sides and all were lovely. The only gripe I had was the malva it wasn't browned on the outside and was gluey on the inside not so nice. The Choc brownies were good. Very good neat premises. Really happy to have a halaal Resturant on the warmbaths premises.

This ranch is magical, a must-see if you are in Cape Town, its restaurant is good but when we got to lunch it was almost closing, the waitress told us with a good attitude that we could order but quickly because they were almost closing, in my mind I said God mine what service is this. I am a professional in Hospitality and Tourism and I worked in a great 5 star Hotel in the historic center of my beautiful city of BogotĂ , Colombia and what they teach you in service is not this. Good taste in their food and at a good price but with this experience my perception of the service changed completely. I would go back and change this.

We visited with two small children for a weekday lunch. The restaurant was quiet and they had a small play area for children with CCTV that one could watch in the restaurant area.
The service was not lightning quick, but the food was good as expected and we were satisfied with our meal.

This restaurant is great for good food (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
I love the beef ribs and boerewors but my favorite meal is buffalo wings and calamari strips. For dessert make you you have the malva pudding & ice-cream.
Perfect for people who don't eat pork or drink alcohol.

The menu is extremely limited now... only a couple of variations of chips, burgers and Steak. Not Vegetarian or Vegan friendly AT ALL. They didn’t even serve the salads. The breakfast was also extremely unsatisfying. I know one can only expect so much from a restaurant but they could really serve something a bit healthier, just as an option. The restaurant used to be amazing but now it’s just terrible.

This Spur seemed to provide a more friendly and personal service than many I have used. I don't know if this is because it mainly serves the Forever resort where most people are in holiday mode and perhaps use it more regularly over a number of days. Anyhow the staff were welcoming and efficient. The menu was the standard Spur menu you find in all their outlets. We had a breakfast and an evening meal and even though our group was eleven strong all the food was good and brought to all of us at the same time which was impressive.

As per other reviews the Spur in Bela Bela is Halaal, meaning no pork and no alcohol.
Spur is a South African institution and a family restaurant, so while I can live without a beer or wine with dinner I felt hard done by that I could not order the famous, signature Spur ribs. Beef ribs are on offer, but they just don't taste the same.
What we had was good, service was good but we went in for ribs and left somewhat disappointed.
Note that parking is quite far away and a bit of a trek with small kids.
