The Dros is now called the Rusty Bar & Grille. Had an early dinner there on Wednesday 17 Feb 2021 just after 17h00. Menu has a wide variety of food to choose from. We had crumb mushrooms as a starter and calamari strips and chicken...schnitzel, both with chips, as main course and could not finish it. Food was tasty, nicely presented and portions are big. Service was good and staff friendly. Will definitely visit again.More

Stopped here and my partner and I both ordered the Eisbein at R130 each (U$9). We should have trusted our instincts and ordered one to share, because the portions are huge. It comes standard with sauerkraut and then choice of chips, mash, baked potato or...vegetables. We both opted for veges and were served with large portion of mashed butternut (pumpkin) and creamed spinach. It's a fairly large restaurant built to look like a wine cellar and there were only maybe 4 tables occupied, but it was midweek. Service was okay. Despite how delicious the meal was, we both ended up taking our leftovers home which was was enough to have another full meal for both of us a couple of days later. Would go back again as they have a few good items on the menu and pricing is average, although the specials are good value. There is also a self contained bar that looks like it could be quite a lot of fun and raucous when there is a sports event or maybe over the weekend.More

We have never been disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food at Dros, Edenvale. The Eisbein is truly the best ever eaten. Service is great and prices very reasonable.

Being in Bela-Bela and feeling hungry, my wife and I went to Dros in the late afternoon. The restaurant was not very full and we received good service. The food was also good and we enjoyed the meal.

We had a nice evening having dinner at Dros. The staff was nice and the supervisor was always around asking custumer if everything was to their expectations. The meal was good and in a very generous quantity and quality. I recommend this restaurant withouth hesitation

We popped in here for lunch and there were 9 of us which was a sizeable group. The service was very good and the food was very good. For such a big group the food all came out at almost the same time so that...people weren’t waiting. A great spot for burgers, nachos and sandwiches and lunchtime snacksMore

Really awful experience. Although there was only one customer in the area outside the bar area we had too wait to be seated . The place looked dirty. Milk shake I ordered was melted and tasted awful. We ordered the Dros steak and the sauce over...the steak was sour and stuck like it was old. Would not go there againMore
