We (4 people) wanted to experience a special evening again and so we decided on La Grappa. It was absolutely no mistake!
We were greeted in a friendly manner, the service was generally very courteous and friendly. The wine was excellent and thanks to the attentive wine service our glasses were never empty.
We were all delighted with the food. The starters were super good - the homemade mozzarella with fresh bread was my favorite.
For the main course we had everything from pasta to meat and fish and everyone really enjoyed it.
The portions are absolutely pleasant. You are full, but not overfed, which is why you can choose your dessert at the Pasticceria counter afterwards as a little highlight.
The evening was wonderful. Nice atmosphere, nice service and good food. We will definitely come back - especially in summer when you can sit in the cozy courtyard.

We had chosen La Grappa for our family reunion this year and didn't regret a second. Friendly welcome, competent advice on food and drinks (the wine recommendation was perfect) fast and friendly service, everything, really everything was very good! We had decided on the menu and from the starter to the dessert everything was fresh, tastefully excellent and attractively presented. So in short, that's where we like to go again. Mille Grazie!

The restaurant can be recommended. It just has to be clear, it's very loud there. We had reserved a table. Unfortunately, this one was right at the entrance to the kitchen. Very nice place. One of the few places where the waiter really responded to a requests (I can’t drink cold drinks and always ask for the juice of room temperature without ice). She just nodded and did everything perfectly. The food is very tasty. We had lasagna and spaghetti with salmon.

The food is very good. The service is fast. So you don't have to wait long for your meal. The coffee and the dessert are very delicious. The staff is very friendly. It's worth a visit.

On Saturday 17th dec, my partner and I went to la grappa as recommended to us by associates.
Set in a small courtyard which would be useful on a dry winters day or in summer as a nice al fresco type setting.
Upon entering the restaurant itself it is modern in design with clean white walls. With seating for around 30pax approx.
All staff genuinely Italian which helps with the atmosphere.
From a smallish menu we started with well presented prosciutto Parma ham and melon "excellent"and carpaccio parmigiano
Also good
Mains of saltimbocca alla romana. Good.
And scallapina al vino Bianco not so good.
Sauces on both mains were the issue.
Desserts from the adjoining cafe were outstanding. A really nice choice and display of deserts.
Wine was Italian of course. Rather highly priced for the limited choice.
Overall the personal attention from the staff was great and much appreciated but somehow for me it didn't make the grade for the high prices charged.
We had a bill of euro 150 for 2.

La Grappa is located in a courtyard close to the city center, which adds to the Ialian ambience and flair. They do have inside and outside seating - but trying to find parking can be quite a mission.
I booked a table to meet up with friends - reservation worked out nicely and we had a beautiful table outside. Service was nice and friendly and all smiles. La Grappa offers the best of Italian cuisine - from antipasti, pasta, various meat dishes and fish to desserts. The portions are generous, so after a starter and a main course, you will probably skip dessert.
We ordered "vitello tonnato", "salmon tartare", "gilthead seabream with veg" and "fillet with veg and mushrooms" - divine is all I'm saying. The food was absolutely excellent.
The only downer was that our meal took forever. We had booked the table for 7 pm and I think we left at around 10 (meaning main course at around 8:30 - 9:00). There was a big birthday event that evening and that probably slowed the kitchen down a bit.

We went to this restaurant several times and we were never disappointed from the fantastic meal. The staff is really kind and pay attention to there guests. A small but nice location, so please book in beforehand. A good recommendation if you like to eat Italian food.

Run by Italians - in fact, they speak Italian rather than German - and it is very good Italian food for a very good price. I had the ravioli fatta in casa and it was really excellent. Caffe espresso was good as well. I must ding them one star for the service, which was oddly unsmiling and unresponsive. Still, definitely worth a visit.

We got the tip on this place from a shop lady and were very very glad we could get in. Lots of homemade pasta, home made mozzarella and great wine. Service was super friendly and you could have small or large serves. No one was unhappy with their meal. The stuffed zucchini flowers were a highlight.
