Excellent variety of dishes for breakfast. The Banting Eggs Benedict was very tasty on a brown mushroom. I had the Eggs Shachouka with sausage cut in: slightly spicy but great. Friendly service, great ambiance and well worth a visit.

Nice very very nice place. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
Food was done as requested and we did not wait long for our order. Just the cheese with the French toast was a bit small but other than that
Just a pity for the building site across the road taking the peacefull scene away

Victor many thanks for your review. Glad you enjoyed our place. Noted comment of the French toast cheese - we will address. The building site is part of a all new developing Malmesbury and signs of progress in the Swartland. Next time you visit try the seating in the shaded back garden next to the very tranquil fountain

An impromptu lunch gave us much needed sanctuary from
the blazing Malmesbury summer sun! The gorgeous deli, shop and café has a wide ranging selection of options. I enjoyed the muscle pasta with chilled glass of wine whilst my husband opted from a breakfast! Warm service and great value for money. a must visit whilst in Malmesbury!

Great place, friendly staff and excellent lamb shank. We stopped for lunch after we had driven by often.......now it will become a regular stop. A pretty garden, huge selection of gifts and home wear.

There is nothing better on a cold morning than a good country breakfast. Proper bacon and sausage. Hubby had the French toast which looked absolutely beautiful. Although they had a function on, service was up to scratch and we did not have to wait too long. They had a wide variety of goodies in their small deli. It was a great exploring.

Two of us visted on a weekday. It is a lovely, rustic place with very good and friendly service. I had the tagliatelle alfredo which was excellent and my friend the lamb curry which he rated as outstanding. Will definately go there again on a next visit to Malmesbury.

What a lovely coffee/tea shop..... Delightful gifts available and a fabulous lunch.... A true gem with homemade food and delish homemade cakes and other delish goods for tea..... So refreshing to have a non commercial resturant experience for a change... Unique and most enjoyable... Friendly staff... Fantastic food and superb atmosphere..... Wish it was closer to Durbanville....

Very good experience here!
Delicious Gourmet Wraps and creamy Cheescake. Staff and waitress very kind and helpful. And the gift shop is definitely a must-see in this old town house.

Just had a great relaxing lunch on the front veranda. Service was good, the staff are really friendly. We were in Malmesbury on business for the day and needed to find a good coffee shop for a snack before driving home. We went to park in a back street and found the Cherry Lane Coffee House. Plenty of parking spaces right outside which was a bonus. Food was great, the pot of rooibos tea was best I have ever had, and the shop is well worth a visit before leaving.

It is a nice, friendly place.
We had lunch. The food was good and more then enough.

Had a great Salted caramel milkshake with a homemade parmaham brie and caramelized onions. Would suggest that if you’re looking for a place in Malmesbury to go have a drink and bite to eat at Cherry Lane.
