You can’t beat the sushi here. The toro was absolutely delicious! So was the Ora King Salmon from New Zealand. Also loved the scallops from Japan. Really terrific stuff! Location is near the airport in an almost industrial location. Service was great and really helpful....Very basic inside. BYOB which was great. Highest quality sushi for sure and super fresh! Highly recommend just realize you aren’t going there for the ambiance but for the quality of the food. Enjoy!More

Maybe the sashimi platters we started with were not the right thing to order. The sashimi was good ($35), but not awe inspiring like some reviews state. It was fine, not smooth/flavorful. We had better fish at smaller local markets and poke places. If you...don’t get good sushi/sashimi at home, this might do it for you. Service was good. The campy warehouse locations could be part of the appeal. I'm all for getting outside of the Waikiki bubble, but this place may not be worth the effort.More

Don’t let the humble exterior fool you - this is the real deal with quality Sushi. The variety was impressive as was the service. Overall a pleasurable business dining experience

Not a fancy location, it looks like a run down Time Capsule of the 1980s. However tithe food is outstanding. Worth the prices. They don’t sell alcohol, bring your own. The blue fin toro was outstanding, as everything else we ordered. Will go back. Best...sushi outside Japan.More

Great sushi in an unexpected location. Had a short layover and walked to Mitch’s from airport, it was worth the 15min walk! Didn’t know it was BYOB, next time I’ll be prepared. The Maguro was fabulous and the unagi was right up there! Good service,...nice setting and fresh fish.More

Heard about Mitch's Sushi before but finally got down to that place. Another industrial food place but the fish quality is one of the best! It's not cheap but the value is awesome. You get spoiled going to some place like this. Then other sushi...places are just OK.More

Well here’s a place I forgot to review from my trip late May early June. The place to go after getting your rental car if you’re so lucky because it’s close to that location. and very fresh good sushi also such wonderful service. Gave good...hiking tips too. Ive been to many sushi restaurants and this is way up there fresh. It looks speculative from the outside but it’s got a good interior islander vibe. LocalsMore

The three of us went to Mitch's last night. Very friendly service, we were seated immediately in the back room-- pretty spacious and very clean. We brought our own 2 bottles of sake (shout out to Nathan at J and J liquor store in Aiea!!)....Everything came out very quickly and the uni (how I judge a sushi place) was very fresh and creamy! We had a great time since it was not noisy at all. Definitely will go back again!More
