Great food- great service! We called ahead to place our to go order prior to opening and they had our food ready shortly after opening. It was delicious, fresh and a wonderful experience.

Great sushi in an unexpected location. Had a short layover and walked to Mitch’s from airport, it was worth the 15min walk! Didn’t know it was BYOB, next time I’ll be prepared. The Maguro was fabulous and the unagi was right up there! Good service,...nice setting and fresh fish.More

Heard about Mitch's Sushi before but finally got down to that place. Another industrial food place but the fish quality is one of the best! It's not cheap but the value is awesome. You get spoiled going to some place like this. Then other sushi...places are just OK.More

Well here’s a place I forgot to review from my trip late May early June. The place to go after getting your rental car if you’re so lucky because it’s close to that location. and very fresh good sushi also such wonderful service. Gave good...hiking tips too. Ive been to many sushi restaurants and this is way up there fresh. It looks speculative from the outside but it’s got a good interior islander vibe. LocalsMore

The three of us went to Mitch's last night. Very friendly service, we were seated immediately in the back room-- pretty spacious and very clean. We brought our own 2 bottles of sake (shout out to Nathan at J and J liquor store in Aiea!!)....Everything came out very quickly and the uni (how I judge a sushi place) was very fresh and creamy! We had a great time since it was not noisy at all. Definitely will go back again!More

Everything was so fresh! We had lots of uni, toro and yellowtail. Remember to bring your own sake:) Very friendly service.
