My husband and I chose a 4 course option which began with a fresh good-sized dinner salad with great choices for dressings. Next course was a Gruyere based cheese fondue accompanied by fresh breads and vegetables for dipping. (Yum!) The next course included proteins to be cooked to your own personal preference of doneness into a hot savory tabletop-heated broth. High quality steak slices, pork, chicken and shrimp. If that wasn't enough (!) we chose the Yin/Yang chocolate fondue as a final course. Fresh strawberries, cakes, brownies and cocoa dusted marshmallows were DELECTABLE as the featured dippers into a high quality white and dark chocolate bath. Photos do not do it justice. There was a sale of bottled wines so we opted for a bottle of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc. Perfection!
We LOVED the individual attention from servers Molly and Christian, who displayed an excellent level of care, knowledge and professionalism. We also truly enjoyed the individual private dining booths which certainly added to the total enjoyment of our evening out!

We had a family dinner here and as usual it was awesome. We had 4 people- 2 who opted for the grill style to cook their meat, and 2 of us vegetarians who used the Mojo and had the Good Earth Vegetarian meal.
We had a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. The restaurant was clean. We had both the Quattro Formagio and the classic cheddar cheese course and both were delicious. The salads were good. The wait staff (Logan was our waiter, but many others also helped- including the manager Tyler) was attentive to refilling drinks and asking if we needed anything else.
The entrees were plenty filling, even if initially looking at it seemed like it was small. We all were almost stuffed before the chocolate course even started. But since we had done the 4 course option we did proceed with chocolate, of course! We had the dark and dulce, and the s'mores. The s'mores has a wonderful flambe at the table to toast the marshmallow in! There was a great variety of dippers and we had plenty to take home for later snacking.
Overall a great experience.

Had an amazing experience with delicious food. There was a total of 5 of us, 4 of which have not tried it before and really enjoyed the experience! When the main course came out, everyone thought portions were small but as we start to eat, we realize it was quite a bit of food. By the end of the course, we were all stuffed! Our server was Jewel and she was such a lovely young lady. Very friendly and kept checking up on us to make sure everything was ok. She was also very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to answer the many questions we threw at her. Will definitely return!

Me and my daughter went here for dinner. The waiter was new and didnt really know the menu or how to cook the food. The other waiter who was assisting this waiter was not very knowledgeable either. After leaving this restaurant I got very sick and won't go into detail to spare getting someone else sick who may read this.

We had a fantastic time! It was date night for us and our first time dining at the melting pot, it did not disappoint! All the staff and our server Sophia gave us the best service and explained the entire experience to us from start to finish! She gave us an in depth tutorial on how to cook our foods and suggestions on how to eat them, which was so helpful for us as first time diners. We will absolutely be coming back to this lovely establishment. 10/10 experience

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with exceptional service from the hostess who quickly seated us in a private booth, perfect for a date night. Our server, Aliyah was phenomenal. As it was our first time there, she explained the menu as well as each course brought out very thoroughly. Everything was plated and served beautifully, especially our dessert which came with a decorative plate for what we were celebrating. Most importantly, all of our dishes tasted amazing. I highly recommend dining here! It’s an experience you can’t find anywhere else.

Love this spot for a unique dinner experience! The food was amazing and our server, Sophia, was perfect! She was always around when we needed anything and was quick to clear dirty plates after each course. We will definitely be back again!

The food and service was great! It was our first time and our server was patient and explained everything while training another server. My daughter has a BLAST "playing" with her food and she's excited to come back with her brother and show him the ropes. Thank you for closing out our girls day with a bang! Jules was out server

We had such a lovely time at the Melting Pot. The food was amazing, and our server Ayden was amazing! I have celiac disease and eat gluten free and the Melting Pot was so accommodating for a gluten free diet. Our server, Ayden, even made me separate dipping plates to avoid any cross contamination. He also went above and beyond by bringing out a separate pot to pour half of the cheese into, so I would have a completely gluten free and safe from cross contamination pot of cheese for my dippers, while my friend used the other pot for dippers containing gluten. I felt so safe with such a serious allergy and had an amazing time.

After a long week at work, my husband and I decided on a whim to go out for dinner to enjoy each other’s company as we eat delicious food. As we were considering restaurants, the Melting Pot came first to mind. We were able to grab reservations before leaving our house and, when we arrived, we were seated quickly. We experienced a very enjoyable evening, treating ourselves to cheese, salad and chocolate. Our server, Katie, was great! Her calm, friendly (but non intrusive) demeanor was just what I needed after a stressful week. Truly the perfect evening.

Our server Kristin and her trainee Tommy were absolutely perfect. They were knowledgeable of the menu and offered their recommendations when asked. They were incredibly patient and understanding with our toddler joining our meal. They always checked in with our son as well and asked him questions and even gave him a sticker! Incredibly sweet team that constantly checked in to see if we needed anything and never forgot anything we requested. Phenomenal experience; we appreciate it!

My girlfriend and I have come here to celebrate getting through our college semesters for the past few years. This year was just as wonderful as the others! We had Sara as our server, who was incredibly polite and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed every time she dropped off food!

We have been to The Melting Pot probably a dozen times over the last 10 years and today we had the pleasure of having Adrien as our server. He was polite professional attentive and we could not have asked for better and we could not find any fault. Definitely amazing service and amazing food as always. Our group of 5 were all 1st timers to The Melting Pot. Logan our server was very knowledgeable and assisted us throughout the night with any questions we may have had. Everything from the appetizer (albeit small), the dippers, the salad (those peanuts mmmm), the entree and the desert was perfect. Let's face it, it's not the cheapest place to go eat but you are paying for an experience and that's just what you get.

We love coming to the Melting Pot because we’re always so well taken care of, and this time was no different! The service was perfect and our server Jules was always around when we needed her. It made the experience very enjoyable and we were never left wanting.
Also, my complements to the chef (oh wait that was us) for a deliciously cooked meal. But seriously, the food is always fantastic there and there is a 100% chance of us coming back again in the future.
