The Cheesecake Factory, Thousand Oaks - Menu, Prices & Restaurant Reviews

We went to lunch on a Friday and were very surprised how packed it was. The wait was a half an hour. We were seated next to the fountain in front of the mall. If you want to eat “inside” their covered patio area, the...wait is longer. We like to try a Mai Tai at restaurants to see how it compares with other restaurants and how they make them in Hawaii. We wouldn’t call it a Mai Tai. It was more like a orange citrus cocktail with maybe seltzer water. It was just okay for $13.95 and wouldn’t order it again. Our small house salads were very fresh. The Dynamite Shrimp and pepperoni flatbread were really, really good. Flavorful and filling. We ordered a slice of Linda’s Fudge Cake to go. It is a slice of heaven! YUM!!! Service was very good and attentive. It was a little noisy sitting right next to the fountain, but not bad. We look forward to going back for lunch.More

Absolutely delicious!!

This place wont disappoint!!! They have so much to choos3 from on their menu and the cheesecake options are excellent. The service at this specific restaurant was excellent. Our server was on top of everything and the food tasted excellent!! Will definitely come back here...again.More

Consistently great food and drink from this chain.

We have been going to this restaurant chain for over 30 years. Their food and drink is consistently excellent. Everyone always has a great meal there. I had my favorite drink, the bourbon and honey...so excellent, wasnt a bourbon drinker till i drank this drink....It is a sweet drink and tastes delicious. I ordered the chilaqulies with pork. I had planned on having this for weeks but had to split it cause it is way too much for me. Husband had a standard breakfast and loved it. Daughter had the California guacamole salad with salmon. She said it was delicious. While it is maybe a bit pricy...$81.67 before tip for four, one cocktail and three coffees but it is well worth it to get good food. Service is always excellent.More

Nice evening meal

Located in a large mall just off the 101 we went for an evening meal after a bit of shopping. Plenty of seating. There is a large and varied menu with plenty of cheesecake to choose from for dessert. Service was friendly and very quick...and food tasted really goodMore

Great Pace for dinner and dessert

The wait was bit longer than we had hoped, but it’s a popular place so expect a bit of a line, even on a Tuesday night. It was my son’s Bday and they brought out a piece of cheesecake with a candle and sang to...him. It was a fun evening and I will be back.More

Great variety but service is slow

I would have rated this restaurant as a 5 stars but the service is so slow. It took about 45 min to get our food served. Other than that the food was delicious and you miss the cheesecakeMore

lovely lunch on outside patio

I had forgotten how good the lunchtime Cheesecake Factory salads are, and so large too for a lunch serving, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was rather slow as there originally was only one server on the patio if we had been on a lunch break...this would have been a problem but we were not it was a social event so that did not bother us at all. I hadn’t been back in Thousand Oaks for a little while and will look forward to my next visit.More

Yum

I’m a coeliac vegetarian and I must admit that the savoury dishes offer me a lot of choice which I’m really happy about. But the cheesecake there’s only one option. I can’t really complain that there’s just one gluten free cheesecake option because it’s so...so gorgeous and tasty that I can’t say I’m disappointed I just wish there was more that one gluten free cheesecake/ pudding available. That would really really make me very happy!! But chocolates good and so is cheesecake so mix them together and I’m happy!!!!!More
