Just ate here and loved it. Waitress was informative and helpful with recommendation. Hubby had green Chile cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. Outstanding! At waitress suggestion I had the duck tacos. They were delicious. The only hiccup was hubby requested cheese on side as he...More

After eating here several times over the past few years I can say that the food is just not consistent. It would appear that each cook cooks differently, not from a recipe. I understand that this is not a chain restaurant but when I order...More

Here for lunch and have waited over an hour for food....😳 Not sure how the food is...! Finally got food, it was tasty but way under staffed. If your time is important go somewhere else.

At noted in so many reviews below, the wait for a table for the two of us visiting from NY was noted as being around 45 min for lunch. Hostess spent most of her time trying to calm the waiting crowd down. At one point,...More

We have eaten here several times now. It is always very good. The breakfast quesadilla is excellent. And we have had the calamari several times. Good wine selection; reasonably priced.

Followed a recommendation to try the restaurant and found the experience worth it. We tried the "adult grilled cheese" sandwich with avocado, tomato and bacon. The taste was a "step above". Our server said the duck taco was noteworthy so we tried one a-la-carte. The...More

Nachos, tacos, waffle fries and three of us shared (and took one taco to go!). The nacho serving was HUGE and they were delicious! Our server, John, was great! We’ll certainly remember this restaurant for our next trip to Albuquerque.

After an extremely disappointing, overpriced Mexican meal in Old Town at another restaurant, we tried the Backstreet Grill. So glad we did. My husband had the Baja Blue Burger and says it's the best burger he's ever had. I had the Guacamole Bacon Cheeseburger and if...More

Their Baja Blue Burger came very close to being the best burger I ever had. The combination of flavors was incredible. Had the burger itself been less done, it would have been the best ever. Also, the guacamole that they make tableside is great. Never...More

Since I cannot respond to the management counter to my review I will answer this way. In New Mexico when I saw a Navajo Taco on the menu and ordered it with Green Chile I figured I was getting a New Mexico Dish. It was not even close to what I expected. The dish I received had no flavor and was more like a tasteless taco dish. My mistake but I was misled by the menu. The grilled cheese was a complete waste as well as it was a total grease sandwich. The Calamari was totally cooked to a crisp and like eating burnt whatever and I don't remember the other dish but you can see my issues. Then to top of the experience a server that was totally cocky did nothing more than take the order and never removed the dishes and maybe now you know why we won't be back. Your cuisine is your choice and that's no issue with me. Just like my choice is to never come back. So my question is is there valet parking?
