Stopped in for a quick drink since the line for the Cafe Dumonde was pretty long. We ended up having a few drinks, some oysters (shout out to William for showing how to dress them up), and listening to the music. Service was good, crowd...was friendly, overall a great time.More

When it's close to closing don't pay attention to what Google says. They close early and don't let you in. Don't waste your time walking here. Should be a zero.

We are staying in NOLA for a week. We have made dinner reservations for every evening. We arrived earlier than expected. The restaurant was not crowded and the hostess sat us at a table with no ambiance. We asked to move to a high top...in bar area so we could enjoy a view of the outside plus more patrons (we were very isolated with the first table). Service was somewhat slow, so another server came and took our drink order. Their pilsner was good and cold. Alligator bites for an appetizer. Dinner was small side salad for me and crabcakes for husband. Everything was fine but not worth a return visit.More

We were immediately seated with an upcoming storm starting outside. We started off with their Pilsner. I had the Jambalaya Risotto and my wife had the Caesar salad with a grilled shrimp add on. Both meals and the service were great.

This place was ok (service was good, food was just ok, beer was very mediocre.) If you just need to eat, it’s fine, but save your meals for some of New Orleans better spots instead. It was rather overpriced, IMO.

I called the restaurant on Friday July 2 to make a reservation for Sunday July 4th for 7.30pm for 2 on the balcony. It was taken by a very nice lady. The only thing she made me aware of was if it started raining the...balcony would be closed. Which is understandable. Upon on arrival at 7.20pm we were told the balcony was full and that they could not seat us. No apology what so ever. In my opinion they should not take a reservation if they can’t come through. Won’t give this place another thought.More

Went there for the "live Jazz" (whatever) which was being piped into the restaurant and could not be heard. The moment we walked in they were obnoxious. Gave a small 4 top for 5 of us barely enough room to move around. When my husband...used the restroom a waitress went by and shoved his chair in, hitting me in the process. (I still have the bruise from where it hit me) the food was appalling! Everyone ordered different items and as we are family we tried it all. 5 dishes and not a 1 of them was worth a mention. Really seriously think twice before going here.More

We stopped in here for dinner after a pub crawl and went back the next night for the great beer. We absolutely loved it! Our server was Ashley and she was awesome. She recommended the beer flight and we loved all of the beers brewed...in house. Crescent City has a really great variety and you're guaranteed to find one you'll like. My husband got the shrimp po'boy and I ordered the boudin grilled cheese. If you go I recommend ordering that. It was the greatest grilled cheese I've ever had in my entire life and that is NOT an exaggeration. I wish I had unlimited funds to fly to New Orleans just for that grilled cheese! Try the Crescent City Brewhouse...you won't be disappointed!More

I love this place! It’s pretty relaxed, it wasn’t overly crowded. The beer is excellent (I would give 10 stars if I could), and the price is reasonable.

As I walked the streets of NOLA I stopped at many of the restaurants to view the menu items. When I came across the Crescent City Brewery I knew this place was for me. I picked up a freshly brewed onsite beer to go and...walked over to the waterfront and watched the barges and steamship tour boats pass. Returning a few hours later I was able to get the balcony seating overlooking Decatur St. What caught my eye on the menu was German sausage, German potato's salad and sauerkraut. For my appetizer I tried Boudin balls (pork, rice, crawfish rolled into a ball). My server Ashley was very attentive, friendly and a credit to this restaurant. The restaurant is very clean as well. You will not be disappointed if she serves you. One reviewer earlier stated small portions which I did not see, as everyone's servings were plentiful.More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty
Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port
of call for folks in search of a good time and a great
