Yum's Asian Bistro Incredibly Delicious fresh Asain Cuisine. I thoroughly enjoyed my takeout last night which was delivered via Uber eats to my hotel. I ordered the following: General Tso's Chicken - Dinner Combo Vegetable Fried Rice Wonton Soup Crab Rangoon Highly recommended and whenever...I return to visit Baltimore I will certainly be ordering from Yum's Asian Bristo again!More

Kids running around, kids serving, kids crying, less than clean tables. We went at 7pm and there was only one other family here. Says a lot. The reviews were pretty solidly positive and this place served Peking Duck I’ve had many times before and looked...forward to having. So we ordered egg rolls that were ok and came out first. Crisp but good enough. Then we got our Thai chicken fried rice? It was good but weird order. Next came chicken chow mien that was also ok good size few noodles and barely cooked long enough. Then crispy beef that was really good. Last was the Duck. The Duck always comes out early in the meal but not here. We ordered a whole Duck. What they wanted us to believe was they served us a half Duck with 4 legs for a whole Duck. I realized why they served the Duck last thinking we might be full and not notice. The Duck was really fatty not well prepared the pancakes were almost cold. The legs were hard and stringy. I was embarrassed I ordered it. Now maybe the place does better as a neighborhood take out. When we left there was still only 1 other family eating here. Kids still running around. Save your time and money and find somewhere else to eat.More

Had dinner here with my wife, nephew, and his buddy. Yum's is a small restaurant, and uses the color black as it's primary motif. We were there early (5:30pm), and were the only customers. Service was proper, but not friendly. I had the chicken and...vegetables, served with brown rice. The entrée looked very appealing, with a good selection of vegetables to go with the chicken. My concern is the taste was on the bland side. My wife had the chicken with string beans. Her portion was a lot larger than mine, and she said it was good. My nephew had a Thai dish, called sunken noodles, which he liked. His buddy had the same entree I had. Prices were very reasonable, but I'd like a little more taste in my food.More

Restaurant has grown from a Japanese and Chinese fare to include other Asian flavors without sacrificing quality or service. Love the food.

My wife and I visited Yums about three weeks ago and were not disappointed. We ordered food at Yums around 4-5 times now. Each time the food has been hot and delicious every time so far. The staff is conscious of washing there hands and...keeping the restaurant floors clean and the dining presentable all the times we visited. Paul & De-Dra.More

This is one of those modern American hybrid restaurants, a combination sushi bar/Chinese place. A little dark but nicely appointed, it features a menu like you find in a diner: Multiple pages listing dozens of different items. The sushi here is good, but not stellar....For the rolls, the portions were generous but the flavors basic. The spicy tuna roll was good but not very spiced, for example. The Chinese food, though, was excellent. From egg roll to wonton soup to the main dishes, the flavors were good and the portions large. We came here because some members of our group wanted sushi and some did not, and this restaurant had sushi and Chinese as an alternative. My advice is to come here for Chinese food first, sushi second, if you don't have to split the decision.More

I stopped by recently out of curiosity and notwithstanding the slightly garish sign outside, inside is a comfortable sit down restaurant with a full bar. I think the food is excellent - high quality, nicely seasoned, generous portions and not overly salty as with so...many other Chinese restaurants.More

We stopped by for a weekday-got-home-too-late-to-cook dinner. The place was quiet except for some take-out customers and we decided to have sushi. The selection is on the small side, made smaller because of our allergy, but what we had was impeccably fresh and delicious. Everything...was artfully presented, an elaborate garden scene that pleased our eyes. My daughter's sashimi came in a deep bowl with the sashimi and various decorative vegetables are sitting on a flat surface, lit from below. Perhaps unnecessary. But my children were delighted. We will certainly visit again and hope the friendly service and high quality food will hold up on a busy day. A very nice addition to the neighborhood indeed.More

Yums is a regular for me and my family, it's located three minutes from us and it's phenomenal whether we eat in or get it to go. The establishment is always clean and the service is always prompt. They are very nice and extremely polite....The menu has lots of options including some of the best sushi the city has to offer. The prices are more than fair for the amount of food you're given as well as for the quality! Parking is never an issue and it's located in a safe area. As I previously stated, I'm a regular fixture at Yums and will continue to be!More

Eat in, or carry out, the food is reasonably priced, and prepared well. Excellent Hot and Sour soup, fried rice, and fantastically prepared appetizers, such as crab wontons, egg rolls, spare ribs etc. Carry out is quick and fresh.

I don't usually review local places in Baltimore, but Yum's is worth an exception. We live a half hour away in a neighborhood with many Asian restaurants, but we still go to Yum's whenever we can. The food is outstanding, the prices reasonable, and the...service excellent! I don't know what more you could ask for.More

Nice and clean and well appointed for dining in. Quick and well packaged carry out. I have only ordered off the Lunch Combo menu - both meals and Sushi. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and a great price. Prices no more than dining at nearby crowded..."casual dining" chain restaurants. Near work and one of the few nice places for colleagues to go and sit down for a good meal. Dining room has tables and booths. Just picked up an order and there were solos, couples and groups dining including two women with a toddler. Staff is very courteous. Calm spot for a business lunch or just to splurge on pay day. No complaints!More

As the other reviews stated, the inside decor does not match the outdoors. It is very clean and well decorated. The service was great. The prices were good. Portions large. And sushi presentation AMAZING. Definitely going back.

The food was prepared wonderfully for carryout. The prices were reasonable and the portions generous. Excellent hot and sour soup and great lo mein and fried rice. Baltimore is not the place to go looking for great Asian cuisine. It's always better for us to cook at home. Having said that, when I do want some good Cantonese cooking, the best place we have found in Baltimore city is this bistro. Whenever...an Asian restaurant declares they cook it all, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, that usually means none of it is very good, but I have to say, Yum's does a good job...and kudos for all the offerings. I love the Singspore noodles and the Peking duck was great. Thank you!More
