Great meal every time we've been there! This nights dining experience was enhanced by the service. Milton was extremely attentive. We never had to ask him for anything as he was always a step ahead. Super job!
Wife and I recently moved to the area from New England before Covid And have been in search of an Italian Restaurant with some old world ambiance, service and food. We located Wheat and Water and gave them more than a few tries as the...first was good enough to try again. Let me say the atmosphere is not at all meant to be elegant or romantic. It mostly fits the décor of a Pizza Place in as much as the room is quite bright due to the large windows that face the parking lot, they need drapes. The first selection of entrees were very good however the service was rushed, we were still in the middle of our appetizers and salads when the entrees were dropped on our table. The prices are better than most of the other establishments were have tried. The other times we attended we found the food over salted and service still rushed as though there was a line waiting for a table, there absolutely wasn't. They have an extensive Pizza Menu of which we are not interested and a small full service bar with a TV which shows sports. A good note; They have a Roasted Artichoke appetizer that is exceptional. We keep looking for our date night place.More
I had a 6:45 reservation and didn’t get seated until 7:30 on a Friday! We were seconds away from leaving as several other groups had. WW was letting regulars be seated prior to customers with reservations. They were short-handed on servers and in the bar....Many open tables open due to it... NOW food... is terrific generally. Best shrimp scampi entree and meatball app I’ve ever had. Chicken special terrific also. Skip the calamari; out of a box and not seasoned well. Wine and martini took 30 minutes to arrive! Server was terrific but embarrassed. Comped the drinks and took a percentage off out bill. They cram people into the bar and bartender is completely overwhelmed. I’d stay away on the weekend.More
When you go to this restaurant make sure you ask for Milton, the waiter. Milton is a tremendous waiter with a fabulous sense of humor who taught us a couple of tricks about a ice cold draft glasses sticking to napkins - we loved him!...The food was delish! We had a person with us, and they were kind to make sure we were accomodated properly. Can’t wait to go back. Excellent restaurant. Left with smiles all around!More
Tonight my husband had Filet Marsala and it was cooked to perfection!
I had the Chicken Marsala with the most delicious Fettuccine Alfredo on the side!
We both enjoyed a side of sautéed zucchini and the bread was hot out of the oven!
Celeste was...a wonderful server... extremely attentive and our order was perfect!More
Sauce is sweet, if you like that. Lasagna Bolognese was 6 layers of soft delicious
pasta with a meat & cheese filling. 12 inch pizzas are slightly bigger than 12 inches and could easily feed 2 people.
Fettuccine Alfredo was good. Pasta Fagioli, soup, was...a little different than what I have had , up North , with a spicy Red brown base, tasty.
Fresh almost "sourdough" taste bread was excellent. Ask for more, when you finish first helping! Our server Victoria K, was attentive and informative! Lasagna helping almost too much for one person.
Join the Club and get points for future discounts and free food! We sat on far right side Booth, quiet and out of Traffic.
Was busy for a Wednesday night, good for them. Have a good selection of wine
and drinks. Pizza was thin crust, but not too thin, tasty and hot.
Great atmosphere , good place for a romantic supper. Order came out quickly and correct.More
Who would have known how delicious the menu selections are at W&W? We must have passed by this local favorite a hundred times before trying it. The W&W name just didn't sound appetizing. Oh, how we were wrong! Incredible main dishes, varied appetizer selections, nice...wines. What's not to like? Do let the commercial mall location fool you -- this is a hidden gem.More
