My husband and I were recommended by a local B & B to come here and glad we did. We had the bistro's specials for dinner. For the appetizer, we had sesame encrusted seared Ahi which was some of the best I have tasted (I've lived in Hawaii for a few years so I am pretty skeptical when it comes... More

Both food and service were nothing short of outstanding! Our waiter, Phil, was attentive, but not intrusive. He provided excellent service! The menu and specials were all interesting, creative, and intriguing! We couldn't decide what to order! The homemade pasta with mushrooms was outstanding as were the included house and Caesar salads. The house salad had a very interesting (and... More

Limited menu selections. Everything was good, but portions are tiny, and prices very high. We wound up there with another couple who had been there before, and loved it. We didn't concur.

Innovative, creative efforts on a variety of dishes but execution falls short on some. The fish was overdone, slightly dry and lacked flavor despite being bathed in some concoction of fruits and vege's. The fried Goyza appetizer's filling was equally flavorless and the dough sticky and unappealing. Salads were fine. Service was very efficient and professional, just a bit too... More

I have been to Moab three times and never knew this Resturant existed. We happen to drive by and remembered the name. We asked about it at our hotel and got great reviews. We are from Atlanta and the couple we were with are from Miami so we are spoiled by some great food experiences. We never expected to get... More

Tom our waiter took excellent care of us tonight. We really enjoyed the tuna and the bison tenderloin. Food was meticulously cooked and the service was excellent. We will come back there again

We got the United Airlines Treatment. After a great dinner on the restaurants outside covered and heated patio we were asked to leave our table for the bar. My wife requested a to-go cup for our sparkling water and the waiter responded that they didn't have to-go cups. I suggested that she finish before we departed. To our shock the... More

Very good meal. Atmosphere is very nice - in door seating is tiny, but pretty. Bacon wrapped stuffed figs were amazing. The rest of the meal was good. We had a very nice (but a bit overpriced) wine. This would be five star if priced a bit better. Service was wonderful.

This is the top of the line for Moab. It was an expensive meal but the wines were reasonable. The food was delicious and the service a bit less so. Plan ahead and make reservations especially during the busy season.

Lovely space, innovative dishes. Limited, but exquisite, menu. I appreciated the fact that even though our online reservation didn't go through (not their fault), they graciously made room for us on a busy night. My husband had perfectly done pork loin, and I had a wild mushroom pasta. I would like to suggest to the chef that not everyone likes... More
