Stopped here because the reviews were so good. We were not disappointed, I had the southern belle it was delicious, the sweet potatoes inside took it to a while new level. I really could have shared it with someone but it made for a nice...snack later in the day!More

Delicious quesadillas with special ingredients like spinach and artichokes in the one I chose. It was not super hot today, so we ate under the shade beside the food truck. Highly recommend for a delicious, casual lunch.

We highly recommend stopping at this food truck. The flavor was delicious. We stopped here after visiting arches and we are so glad we did. The food sizes are big so you can split one if you are not a huge eater. The guacamole is...so yummy. Get there early if you can. We were there when it opened.More

Usually not a fan of food trucks, but this one in downtown Moab was excellent and they make huge quesadillas for an excellent value. Highly recommend.

Oh my! We saw the line and had to give it a try…so glad we did! The food was awesome! We got the “Dirt Bag” with chicken and it was hands down the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. Every element was fresh and good…the guacamole...and homemade sour cream were tremendous. Definitely stop and give them a try; you will not regret it! (Fast, friendly service, too!)More

Both the chicken and vegetable enchiladas were hearty, had a spicy southwestern flavor and made a great lunch.

Best quesadilla I have ever had. Was recommended to me by a relative who said DON'T MISS! Small menu, but amazing food!

An awesome quesadilla but be prepared to stand in line during peak times and wait for your food. I love stopping by a good food truck and this one was good. It’s rated well and busy, but the location of the truck is in a...prime spot. Definitely worth your time.More

We ordered 4 different quesadillas. One was cheese and chicken (kiddo). The other 3 were Fiery Fungus, Sweet and Spicy and Enchanted Chicken. All of them were delicious. I cant decide which was my favorite. We split them between 3 of us so we all...had one piece and couldn't finish the 4th piece. They are all very thick and filled with flavor. It was worth the wait!More

There is a reason that a food truck is ranked as the #4 place in Moab; it's that good. I was on a long road trip in the southwest part of the U.S. when we stopped in Moab to see Arches National Park. while in...the town of Moab (which I should say was a really cool place and I wish we had more time there) we ate at several fantastic places, thanks to trusted reviews here at TripAdvisor. I am always reluctant to eat at a food truck, because I find the results to vary widely, but this little quesadilla truck was well worth the time. It is located in a very busy part of Moab, and there is what I would describe as a "food truck park", an area with tables and places to eat, surrounded by several food trucks. parking in Moab can be tricky, especially since we were there during Memorial weekend. But, we found a spot nearby and walked over to the truck. The wait after you order could maybe be considered a little long. But, to be fair, the food truck is busy. So if you are in a rush, maybe it's not for you. But you would be missing out, because these were some of the best quesadillas the ol' ball-and-chain and I have ever had. I ordered the Sweet and Spicy, she had the Identity Crisis. They were both well made. The flavors worked perfectly together. A couple of bottles of water, the two quesadillas were about $25. Maybe some people would consider that pricey for a quesadilla, but I can tell you that they were: 1. Delicious. 2. Big enough to satisfy. 3. Delicious. I said delicious twice, because that is how good they were. I can't fathom what someone here on TA giving a low review was expecting, or where they have had a quesadilla... because I want to go there if they consider these just "okay".More
