One of the best restaurants in Guam! Food was all on point. The flavors are all balanced and the mix of Asian and western cuisine is definitely represented in this restaurant. We ordered the crab cakes (A MUST!), Hamachi Crudo, Misoyaki Butterfish, Bone In Rib...Eye and Soufflé. For drinks my partner got his usual and I tried the Lychee Martin and that was such a great pair to all the food that we ordered. The portion size for the apps were just right. Once we ate it we couldn’t wait for the next course. The steak was big. 36 oz. and the fish I got was just the right portion size. Everything was just amazing. Really made our anniversary complete.More

Went there for our anniversary. It has always been a special place for us. Service was excellent. We were warmly greeted, even though it was rainy. We had the crab cakes and a salad for starters then we had our entrees. Steak and lobster not...to mention lamb. All were cooked perfectly. Presentation was beautiful, taste was even better. Desserts were special. We will definitely be back.More

Top notch service. Tenderloin was perfectly cooked the way I ordered. Not only the food from the menus were outstanding, but also their complementary focaccia was tasty!! I’m looking forward to their upcoming Wine pairing dinner with Chef Roy!!

For about two decades, Roy’s was my family’s default place for special occasions. We came numerous times a year and always had magnificent experiences, from the moment we stepped in the door to the last morsel of chocolate soufflé. But then a couple of years...ago, we had 2 disappointingly poor experiences in a row — Fish and steaks grossly over cooked, chocolate soufflé over baked, crabcakes still frozen. So we stopped coming. But then we heard this year that there had been improvement and so we went back and gave it another chance. And I am so thrilled that we did. It’s really the one place on Guam where my husband and I will really dress up and thus for us an evening at Roy’s can be magical and memorable. Last night we started with crabcakes, and they were delectable. The naan bread has been changed slightly and I found it excessively salty but was able to simply dust off the salt and then it was perfect. We also had the spicy tuna sushi which was excellent. For my main, I chose the butter fish and it was as delicious as I have ever experienced it there. The forbidden rice is a treat and the array of vegetables was also nicely presented and prepared. We had the five crème brûlée sampler and that was a lot of fun, also beautifully presented and with a nice array of flavors and colors. The chocolate soufflé this time oozed to perfection! I give Roy’s my highest marks and encourage old customers to give it another try. We are already planning our next visit!More

It is a great place to unwind over a good meal with a loved one, or to have a good business meeting. The atmosphere is comfortable and the service is wonderful. The good, though, sets this place apart from other steakhouses. I usually get the...ribeye and it never disappoints.More

Food was good. We stayed at the Hilton so it was very convenient to eat here on the way into Guam. We enjoyed the food and service.

For two decades, Roy’s had been our default restaurant for festive celebrations. But a couple of years ago, we experienced several poor dinners in a row and stopped coming. After hearing from friends that their food was back on track, we decided to give it...a try. Thankfully, Roy’s has returned to its former glory! The crab cakes are better than the previous recipe—smaller nuggets but densely loaded with crab, accompanied by a delicate, creamy sauce. The soft shell crab sushi was excellent, while the misoyaki butterfish was simply delectable with its accompanying black rice and perfectly prepared assortment of vegetables. The immaculately prepared chocolate soufflé ended our meal on a blissful high. In all our years, this one was one of the very best. I give Roy’s my highest marks and encourage old customers to give it another try. We are already planning our next visit!More

The service was outstanding and the rib eye steak I had was the biggest I have every seen. It was tender and cooked to perfection. The Roy's special wine was very good and worth the price. There are a lot of great places but Roy's...I believe has them beat.More
