Hi. Just a quick response to 737beverlyp. I am one of the owners of The Bistro in Randle, along with my husband and daughter, who are the chefs. All of the food at our restaurant is made in house, from scratch. That includes our meatballs,...bagels, pastries, soups, breads, and spreads. We even make our own jam. Coconut buns and cinnamon rolls are made to order. I invite you to actually come in and try our food. My daughter has worked in nearly all aspects of restaurant service and is very serious about serving great food. Our dining room will be open for seating starting Thursday, June 3rd, still with the takeout menu. In July we open for dinner, including the lounge area. Thanks, Penny Ward MarcusMore

This place no longer exists. The building has been turned into a Bistro with food that you can buy at costco yourself. Prices are HIGH... Food is all costco food.... They have ruined a iconic place for something that does not even mesh with the...area........More

My husband and I stopped at this cafe on the way to Mt Rainier National Park on a road trip from LA to Vancouver. We were hungry and the food was tasty and the service super friendly. As tourists from the UK we were loved...the furniture and menu - for us a perfect proper small town American diner experience. Portions were huge, I only managed half of my burger and I was stuffed.More

We stopped at the Mount Adams Cafe for breakfast as we were leaving Mt. Rainier Natl Park and the town of Packwood. Breakfast was basic but good. All staff members greeted us as we walked in and the waitress was attentive but didn't rush us....They have road conditions and weather report on a white board behind the counter, as well as wifi. Clean bathrooms too.More

The ratings were high the experience low. Service - fair, cleanliness - fair, chicken fried steak - unimpressive (including canned gravy, pre-made chicken fried steak, pre-made salad). In another rating someone said exceptional coffee - where have they been getting their coffee? Honestly - disappointing.

We stopped in for coffee after our time on the mountain. We each ordered different drinks, all were excellent.
