The wife and I were on a short day trip in the area and stopped in. Straight out of a hallmark movie. Great vibe. The employees were efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. We love supporting locally owned places and will definitely go back.

Good and not so good. I had the Ribeye which was huge but was just ok. Wife had seared scallops which were great but only three. Expected more.
Was in the area and ended up having dinner and brunch here. Great food and great service. While dinner was very good, brunch was simply amazing. Will definitely be back for the biscuits and the service.
We were traveling through town today and stopped for lunch. So glad we did. If we were locals, we’d be regulars! Love, love, Love this place. Delicious sandwiches, salads. wraps and paninis. 10/10!
We liked it so much we are going back tomorrow. We had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches… wish they were open for dinner while we were in town.
Nice cafe, the most cool place in Woodstock. Good for brunch and they had very good coffee. It was very busy but service was quick and it was not very noisy
We were in Woodstock for a couple of things and we finished up and decided to have lunch. We stopped at "The Woodstock Cafe". It is a nice place (ie clean) with a good menu with Salads & Wraps or Paninis or Sandwiches. I had..." The Reuben and my wife had the Greek Salad. Both were excellent. Service was excellent. A nice place for lunch in Woodstock. Our first visit to Woodstock, VirginiaMore
We were passing through 81 on a long drive, but had been in here a few years ago and decided to take a small detour to come for dinner. It wasn't what I remember, but somehow it was so much better! We had our 3...and 5 year olds with us, which was probably a mistake but we gave them some screen time and they were fine. We shared the brussels sprouts with whipped goat cheese, and the chicken. Both were exceptional and we'd return here in a heartbeat. They did also have a kids menu which was nice because it meant the kids weren't totally out of place, but they were definitely the only kids in there this time. Highly recommend!More
We had a very nice dinner. We enjoyed the Truffled Ricotta Ravioli and the Local Apple Salad. The Roasted Broccoli was a little oily, but tasty. They didn't have what we wanted for breakfast, but they were kind enough to suggest Patty's Place down the...street.More
Fabulous and charming place for a breakfast sandwich or lunch. But not so much for dinner. Have had the burgers and they were decent. Went back a second time to get burgers and they were out?? At 6:30?? Anyway, had a very over-priced entree of...rockfish, root vegetables, and Brussels sprouts. Rockfish was chewy, and appeared previously frozen and sort of grey looking. Not appetizing! The root vegetables consisted of four or so pieces of a radish and something else. And the Brussels sprouts were merely leaves. My friend had butternut squash ravioli and it looked like she got the dregs of the pot—not one whole piece of ravioli. My other friend got the pork and it was fatty and overly salty! Will not be returning g for a $28-$34 entree there again…at least for dinner. Reuben sandwich is great even in gluten free bread and desserts and sandwiches are all good.More
I can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant. It is run by a husband and wife who are extremely accommodating and hard workers and just all-around good people. The food and especially the bread is wonderful because it’s all homemade. I wish the restaurant...was closer to my home as I would be a regular. The beef was delicious. The prices were fair. Nice little shop to buy wine and little gifts as well. Can’t wait to go back when I’m in the area.More
We went and got the combo lunch. The Reuben sandwich was very good and the fruit was fine. We also got a side salad which was very fresh and the cheeseburger soup which was very good. Would definitely go back and it was hoping with...customers.More
We had a delicious meal here with pasta, deep fried calamari and vegetables, heirloom tomatoes, tortellini, and steak. Service was efficient, and the wine list had many interesting choices from Virginia and around the world. The restaurant sells bottles of wine to take home. There...is also a good choice of artisanal brews on tap. My pasta had shrimp, they were perfectly cooked, as was the calamari. The food looked as good as it tasted. Prices are low for the quality offered. The dining room is ordinary, but comfortable and there are outside tables too.More
You order at the counter and the wait staff brings the food. They will bring drink refills if you ask. We eat here often and the food is consistently good. We eat a variety of things and have never been disappointed. The dinner service is...even better on the with the food on par with fine dining places. Note: we like to eat at least once per month at finer restaurants and the food at dinner compares very well. The only nit is at lunch, the kitchen can be slow ONLY because they are backed up. Be patient, it is worth the wait.More
Stopped here for lunch while checking out Woodstock. Very convenient and friendly. We enjoyed the Asian chicken salad and a Reuben.
