Open, large room with a stylish ambience. Recommendable with a reservation.
We had the feeling that the restaurant was very popular with the "younger" crowd, which is certainly also because it served good, trendy food with reasonable value for money.

Monday night, super sun, outside full with waiting list, we decided on a quiet table inside. We had a great Beeftatar, as well as a gratinated goat cheese in advance, really delicious and nicely arranged. The in-house gin (dry) with T. Henry and rosemary branch is an excellent starter. The main courses were very nicely arranged, we had road chicken, pork back steak with great herbal crust and salmon with tomato risotto. The salmon was a little overcooked, risotto fantastic, I'll try to cook that. The road running - think it's triggered club - on crispy skin was fantastic. We skipped the dessert, but will come back the days and let the two course start at the main course. 😋

We are in Waren once a year for 3 days and 1x Lettermann is a must! Once again we were completely convinced by both the kitchen and the service. Because of the windy weather we had the aperitif outside, then changed our plans and had the starter and main course inside, and the dessert later in the evening sun, not a single grumble from the service, sensational! We have reserved a table in advance as we arrived that evening.
We were offered a table by the window, there it was very warm due to the sunlight and it dazzled. The sliding curtains could be moved, so it no longer dazzled to such an extreme, it still remained warm. On a next visit we would take another table.

What we received here was super nice, friendly and perfect customer service. The food was super tasty and beautifully presented. Of course, things can go wrong, and that was the case with a fish dish we ordered. However, this was replaced immediately and without any problems in perfect service. Many people should take this service as an example. The two ladies (could be siblings 😉 ) were just great. We felt very comfortable as a family and will be back. Even if the prices are a bit higher, it is definitely worth going there.

Unfortunately, we only discovered and visited this very good restaurant on the last day of our vacation. The food was perfect, it couldn't be better. Fresh ingredients, fine spices, beautifully presented, excellent taste. The staff were very friendly and genuinely concerned about the guests. The price/performance ratio was also good. Leddermann is popular so you probably need to book in advance. It is nice to sit outside where you have glass to take any wind and coverage in case of rain. Food is very traditional, but good and plentifull. SErvice is quite slow - it seems that there is a lack of staff.

We ate here 14. of July. We were desperate to find a restaurant serving good traditional and well made German food - during our stay at Schlosshotel GrossPlastern(where the restaurant was extremely bland) - and came across this place at an excellent location on the harbour of Waren. The menu options were all mouth-watering and our choices turned out to be of excellent quality. Even the kids menu was excellent with plenty of great options. What a difference from the beforementioned hotel!! Can highly recommend this place for its quality, value for money, children-friendliness and location!

We recently visited Cafe Leddermann for dinner. The restaurant is located at the edge of the attractive harbour of Waren, a short way beyond the other restaurants and so is not immediately evident. But the few extra metres are well worthwhile. This is an outstanding restaurant, very moderately priced with an excellent menu and wine selection. The desserts are equally exceptional. The restaurant is modern and bright, with service to match. Absolutely not to be missed.

We went there for Dinner and Lunch as well and both times it was excellent. The Service is most friendly and the food is really great.
The Location is situated overlooking the marina - the interior could be improved - it looks a little sterile but this is really the only "negative" point. The rest was really very satisfying.
