I went back and forth on which Italian Restaurant to eat at while we were here and I am so glad I picked this place. The outside is cute and they do have a parking lot which is a plus. I will say the inside...is a bit lack luster and in need of a remodel but don't let that stop you the food is great. We had the stuffed crab mushrooms to start and they were huge! I had the lobster stuffed ravioli which was an average portion and they were homemade and were super delicious. My husband had the seafood trio which was shrimp, scallops and grouper over risotto, this was a huge portion and was also super delicious. I would recommend this place for authentic Italian as you could tell everything was homemade!More

We happened upon Luigi’s in one of the coupon books. So glad we did! This was the best meal we’ve had on our trip! All of the food was outstanding. Tyler was a fantastic server - very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The specials...were great and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend coming here and we’ll be back!More

Girls trip to Myrtle beach landed us at Luigis for dinner. The bar tender, Bartek, came highly recommended by locals and for good reason!! Not only was the food amazing, but the staff was very friendly and Barteks personality and humor made for an amazing...evening. My girls and I will definitely be back!More

Went there as a group of 6. Been going there for years. Always top notch. My linguine with white clam sauce was delicious, lots of clams. Others had manicotti, grouper, chicken. All were pleased. Escargot was great. Service was very good. Will return.

Awesome food, incredible service. First time visitors, we were a family group of 12 who eat out often and dine out in Italian restaurants often (including many in Italy) and we’ve never had better, nor better service from our waiter Aubrey. He did an extraordinary...job, not one mistake. Flawless food, flawless service. Thank God we had a reservation. You will need one. The place was slammed. Eat here once, and you will know why.More

Luigi's Trattoria is THE place to go for a good dinner, especially from their Early Bird Menu!!!!! Where else can you order a pasta entree for $13 or a chicken entree for $16? Yes, the portions might not be huge, but our dinners (which also...included either a soup or salad) were great! Philip was our server........very friendly and eager to make recommendations .......more about that later. I enjoyed my manicotti dish and the extra meatball ($3) was delicious too. My spouse was very happy with his lasagna. The piece de resistance was when we asked Philip about his recommendations for dessert!!!! Because of his suggestions, we shared Tiramisu at the table (OMG Good!!!!!)........then took home another Tiramisu, Limoncello Cake, and Belgian Chocolate Cake. Yes, really! Words cannot describe the deliciousness of each of these decadent desserts!!!!!! In the future, I can see a take-out order just for those desserts. So do yourself a favor and save room for at least one of them!!!!!!!More

Ate here several times and really enjoyed the food. My son is a Steak and Pasta boy and they excelled in their treatment of him. I had some Italian staples and a trio. Everything was very good and we enjoyed the linens and fine cutlery...and attentive service. It was all very good, just not the best we had on our trip.More

We have been coming to MB since 1972 and yesterday someone recommended Luigi’s. It was everything and more. Luckily I had a presence of mind to make a reservation because it was packed with many waiting. We all had something different to eat and all...were exceptional. Linguine with meatballs, penne a la vodka with prosciutto, lasagna and veal saltimbocca. We also had tiramisu and another delicious dessert. Our waitress, Nunu, was the best. Friendly, efficient and very likable. Highly recommend.More

This restaurant, like most restaurants in Myrtle Beach, accept shorts and dressy attire. It is a Beach city so casual is accepted , but casual classy is preferred.

IDK because of the way things have changed and I have heard that some restaurants are not currently doing happy hours - best bet is to call them and ask.
