Great food and service. Beer was great as well. German Feast for 2 is an excellent choice for a meal. Pretty authentic German atmosphere. Has become one of our favorites in Myrtle Beach.

This is a very pleasant, modern, German/Austrian restaurant. Although we had reserved the place was full, parking difficult, and there was a wait before being seated and served. The food was very good, the place obviously popular, but could have used additional serving staff.

We were here on a Wednesday night about 7:30. Be aware that they are only open until 8, though they will not rush you out. The beers we had were quite good, authentic pilsner and dark beer. My wife loved the saurbraten and I had...the Munich platter which featured three wursts and red cabbage. The beef was done perfectly and the wursts were delicious. If you like German food, this is a definite go-to in Myrtle Beach.More

Loved the food. Descent portions and prices. Bread was delicious. Schnitzels were prepared same as the Schnitzel I've had in Germany. Spaetzel was on spot. I also loved the sauerkraut. My husband had the red cabbage with his meal and he loved it. We are...both German food lovers. The apple strudel and German Chocolate Cake was the best I have ever eaten. They offer many options on the menu. The dessert choices are amazing and all look great. This restaurant has a large customer base. We were there off season and on a Wednesday night and the restaurant filled quickly. Most of the customers appeared to be regulars. I will definitely eat here again when in the area.More

Beer garden it is not! Two couples each ordered different meals. No one enjoyed them. This nothing like the food in German or Austrian restaurants or beer gardens. Food very heavy and not very tasty. Sausage tasted like they came from the neighborhood grocery store....Potatoe pancakes undercooked and mealy, Red cabbage was red YA. That was all Stuffed cabbage was left on the plate Beer OK. Soup OKMore

This is sort of the Shoney’s version of German food. Good beer at reasonable restaurant prices. But the chow! We both had schnitzels. They were very thin and crispy, but without any character or taste. I had a Jaeger, the sauce was salty, and tasted...more like canned than prepared in house. Both of us had red cabbage as a side. The cabbage had been cooked to the point of being a mush. And it was horribly sweet. Neither of us ate beyond the first taste. My wife’s schnitzel had cranberry sauce as a side, also a sweet mush. She had potato salad, which was undercooked large chunks of potato with a weak sauce. I had spaetzle, which were large noodles, much bigger than any I’ve ever seen called spaetzle. This restaurant used to be a “must” stop during our Myrtle Beach visits. Now it’s a “ definite pass”.More

My husband and I trued the German feast for 2. The knock wurst and bratwurst were very authentic. The schnitzel was good, but not as authentic as I had hoped. It was a little unusual to have Asian severs dressed in German dirndls. We had...a good experience.More

Waited well over 45 minutes before food arrived. Asked a server to bring more bread to to be told that was not her job. Once the food came, the red cabbage was too salty to eat and the spaetzel was over cooked (very gummy). All...in all, very disappointing when compared to previous visits.More

Rating would have been higher if the sides dishes like potato pancakes and spaetzle were more authentic. The Pork and Veal Schnitzel were very good but really thin. Prices were reasonable especially for a tourist area. We arrived for happy hour which was 4 to...6. However they do open at 2 and have a nice lunch menu. Very nice interior decor and outdoor patio. The potato pancakes were basically mashed potatoes with bacon and seasoning probably garlic mixed together, shaped like a croquette and lightly fried. The spaetzle was unlike anything I had in Germany or from Aldi's. More like a thick bland potato pasta. I will definitely go back for the Schnitzel and order the happy hour sampler from the main menu that includes the Schnitzel and various sausages. The $5 German beers was a deal. They have 6 on draft. Service was excellent.More

Went as we had heard it was good. Well, that did not work out. We were placed at a table with the aircon blowing gusty cold air directly on on. “Manager” did not seem to care. We ordered our food and after waiting 15 minutes...in the cold wind, we moved ourselves to a table in the bar area. Food finally came, and it was very disappointing. The gravy was right out of a jar, dumplings were not cooked well and still tasted like flour, the pork shank was tough. Also there were so many waitresses but they were totally uncoordinated and the “manager” certainly had no idea how to manage them. NOT RETURNING!!More
