We decided on a quick stop through Kiama.Beautiful views such a lovely little town with Nice little shops. We decided to just grab a pie before we left. Kiama pie shop had so many varieties and good service . It is a busy little pie...shop . We ordered a prawn curry pie ,chicken pie, steak and onion and curry steak Hubby said the steak curry and steak and onion were sensational some of the best pies he has eaten. I thought the prawn curry was delicious and I actually have never had a prawn pie. 1 of the best pies I've tried. I haven't eaten the chicken yet as I was full from the Prawn one !More

Right next to the train station and a hop away from the water. The pie shop has a huge range of standard and premium pies. To amp it up you can choose to add pie and mash and even eggs and sausages. I had the...butter chicken and the husband had the kidney and steak pie. The pastry was flakey and buttery and filling was full of flavour. We also had a Bahn Mi which was ok but probably better to just get the pies.More

Excellent pies. My daughter got the blowhole one which is just you choice of pie with a spoon of potato and peas on top. The mushy peas were good but the potato was lumpy tasteless and a bit cold so the novelty of the extra...was a bit wasted but the actually pies we had were top quality. After ordering we walked the 5 min to the blowhole area and found a table with a view to eat.More

Popped in here after reading all the reviews as haven’t had a pie for years and it was worth it . I had the steak and onion pie- magnificent!! Very busy during holidays and especially weekends as people were lined up waiting !

Dropped in today for quick bite expecting a boring pie. Came out with a teriyaki beef roll in under 5 mins. It was so yummy. There was a nice hint of spice and warmth but I really wish I’d tried the chilli sauce with it.

No use have a great pie shop if it's never open. We booked into our hotel and headed straight to the famous Kiama Pie shop. Closed at 3pm. Although it was still open on the internet. There was no sign of life, looks like it...was deserted.More

Stayed in Kiama for a short 3 day trip. We were looking for breakfast places and accidentally discovered this small pie shop because we parked right opposite it. Thought it was just an ordinary pie shop but wow, the chicken and mushroom pie was so...nice and yummy. My wife had the steak and mushroom blow hole pie and it didn't disappoint either.More

Just off the main road and not far from the train station, I was so attracted by the "Blowhole" combo (pie, mashed potato, peas and gravy) I just responded automatically when asked what type of pie I wanted. Later I wished I had tried the...kangaroo or croc varieties for fun, but enjoyed my more traditional offering. The milkshake was nice, too, as was the view down to the sparkling water. EFTPOS was available from $10, and my whole lunch cost just more than that.More

Not being a strudel fan, I wouldn't have noticed... But you never know. A trip to kiama and the pie shop would be a worthwhile drive to find out🙂
