We werenot overly impressed with the food. Meats were ok but not flavoursome. However the vegitables looked like some oversized thick cut packet veg. So ok, service neither good or bad. Also if you sit outside be aware the rsl club above you runs raffles...etc which is quite loud so not very romantic.More

Great food, great atmosphere and decor. Staff are friendly and hands down has the best Thai food in the area. Take away option also.

Visited at lunch time with a large selection at $10.90. We had the Pad See Ew and Thai Beef Salad. Fantastic flavours, fresh ingredients, fast service, great value.

Best Chicken cashew nut I’ve had in years. My 5 yo son order chicken laksa and loved it. Quality Thai. Shame I live in Sydney.

We mostly enjoyed our food. We had pad thai (a bit bland), red curry (excellent), chicken in peanut sauce (good), pad lemongrass chicken (very nice), chicken pad prik hang (sadly none of the advertised cashew nuts). The food is really fresh with large chunks of...vegetables. Flavours are good though a little on the sweet side. The service was average but the space itself is pleasant and inviting.More

I enquired in advance to ensure that this restaurant had air conditioning because it was quite a hot day. My wife and I were the first diners to arrive and were pleased to find that the air con was already running. There have been many...times in other restaurants that I have had to ask for the air con to be turned on or we have simply walked out if the heat is too excessive. Water brought to the table immediately, without having to be requested. Service was well paced, but not rushed, even though soon became apparent that it was going to be a busy night. BYO wine is permitted ($3 per person corkage) but with wines starting at about $18 on the list, we just ordered in the restaurant. We shared prawn toast for a starter (not on the standard menu). Different to the common style with prawn paste and sesame seeds on triangles of toast. These were whole prawns, sort of wrapped with bread before being deep-fried. Taste and texture OK. A side of sliced fresh chili was provided on request. For mains we ordered stir-fried King Prawns with Garlic & Pepper Sauce and Chicken with Peanut Sauce. Both dishes were tasty but the preparation of vegetables was a bit unrefined. There were pieces of capsicum and cauliflower that were more than a mouthful. Being fresh and firm, they were awkward to cut with a spoon and fork.More

We ordered takeaway from Thai @ Kiama and were really disappointed by the flavours and meat in the Pad See Ew especially - the beef was very tough with little vegetables, except some big chucks of carrot. We also had specifically asked for takeaway chopsticks...as we only had teaspoons in our hotel room. They did not include any cutlery with our noodles. Would not order from here again, sadly.More

Reasonable food in a pleasant setting. Slightly surprised it ranked so highly on Trip Advisor. Calamari and mixed entree, good. Yellow duck curry, tasty, but no potato as the menu stated. Vegetable-loaded mixed seafood stir fry. Fried and steamed rice. Two soft drink, one glass...of wine $91. Not bad.More
