Lovely staff greeted us like locals on our second visit. They were just lovely to a couple of elderly locals whom they called by name and helped with everything they needed. Food was great, freshly made. Happy to have eaten in for morning tea and...taken away freshly made sandwiches for two lunches whilst visiting the town.More

Everything we had was fresh and tasty, made as we waited. Good coffee, french toast was terrific. I have to admit, we almost walked by this place as it's not very inviting looking, and the seating was not that comfortable, but I guess don't judge...a book by its cover as I was happy we ate there.More

This is a great place for coffee and lunch. Had a fabulous bacon and egg muffin. Coffee was very good and done properly. Great service.

Waited 45 mins for an expensive, ordinary sourdough (thin as) toast with a smearing of avocado and a tiny bit of bacon. Tea was long cold waiting. Couple of kids running the counter. Cheap, public holiday labour. The Sebel, where I’m staying is charging the...same for a buffet breakfast but I decided to support local cafes post bushfires.More

Best coffee in Kiama after trying a few cafes. They easily accommodated a group of 8 adults with three toddlers. Lovely service and nice atmosphere.

Great hot coffee and company at the Industrial Brew. Good service with a smile and handy to street parking.

Worth waiting at the other cafes Very poor customer service Lots of unhygienic handling of the food Little or no experience in food handling Kitchen set up was a shocker Waited 15 minutes for coffee Our cakes never came ended up getting a refund and...left Staff should be trained properly More staff needed as those that were working were clearly run off their feet Selection of food was good but service time was very badly managed. The poor owner was not there today he should do some random checks on the staffMore

Nice selection on the menu, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, reading material available, choice to sit inside or out, pet water bowl provided, handly location to shops, toilets and train.

Terrible and slow service. Give it a miss. If you are in the cafe business, it shouldn’t be too hard to bring out coffees and snacks at the same time...not half an hour apart. Oh, and serviettes....
