Used to be a favourite, haven't been in a while. Had the Dory fish and chips...fish was dry and overcooked. For $20 sorry but it was very disappointing.

The old man and old lady were both so rude. They both appeared to have no personalities. The old lady snatched my order receipt out of my hand with a lot of aggression. They didn’t even have normal cutlery only a toothpick which made it...hard to cut my fish. Food was way too overpriced! They also don’t except card only cash. They yelled at my sister and I very loudly in front of everyone (not very professional at all) telling us to put our rubbish in the bin even though we were going to do so. WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you go to feed the seagulls to piss them off LOL!More

Most Disgusting Place ever been. If you are into rudeness, cardboard box, wooden tooth pick like cutlery (no knifes at all), bland food, and pay $70.00 (cash only...tax dodgers) for fish and chips and a few prawns... well this is the place for you! Doesn’t...deserve one star!! Absolutely crap!More

Lady who served at this restaurant provided horrible service to multiple customers and was the only person serving, waited nearly 30min for chips and still came partly frozen. Then swore at my partner who asked for salt. Avoid at all costs.

Worst food, worst service. Don’t waste your time or money . The bigger old lady is very rude. OHS safety issue with metal chain collecting food, have to climb over. Saw an older gentleman almost fall over the chain. That lady saw has a mouth...on her. Several people near me agreed with me on all her miny outbursts. .........................More

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Absolutely terrible food. A chicken nugget has more seafood in it than the fish cocktails, the calamari was flavourless, and the least said about the chips the better.

We realised the lady inside was too rude before sitting down. Checked the reviews on trip advisor which luckily saved us from an awful experience. My advice sell your business to someone who actually wants to serve customers politely. We really missed a bullet..

Great location, good fish and chips. Worst service ever. Really, if people are in business for themselves and deliberately provide such obviously rude service they should move to an industry with no personal contact. Kiama is so beautiful, it’s just a shame there are so...many other unsuspecting customers that will queue up to get a bad experience.More

Terrible customer service, rude attendant, sub standard food ruined our day. Please don't visit here unless you run out of options.

Omg went to get fish and chips for lunch and tried to get served people wouldn’t move out the way. No social distancing. Lady then told them to move. When I did get served her customer service was zilch. Not a smile on her face,...nor talking politely. Very rude. Gut lunch minus salt and lemon. Had to go back and ask for salt. Wasn’t going to ask for lemon.More
