We dinned as a group of 7. Ordering was easy, quick & friendly. We ordered 3 parma's 3 Beef burgers, 1 with no salt on chips & no sauce. 1 chicken Caesar salad. On picking up our meals The 1 no salt, no sauce was...the same as the other two, salt & sauce. I reiterated , they checked the order & said they would remake & bring to our table. We were also missing one meal the Caesar with chicken, on enquiring they checked the docket & yes they missed it & would bring it to our table. Well, no one liked the parmi's, they love Parmigiana 's, buying them regularly. The beef burgers & chips were lukewarm, buns stale , patties must be par cooked as the we just medium & lukewarm. Finally the remake burger arrive, Burger lukewarm, no bacon?? even though i asked when she brought it to us " no salt on chips & no sauce on burger" she replied that's right. Yep the chips had salt must have been the original ones , must have left bacon off to save some money. Yes the Caesar with chicken was nice.More

My family and I were turned away from the Gita tri after buying a significant amount of drinks. They claimed that they couldn’t handle the amount of people, even though there were a significant skint of empty tables. Disappointed with the lack of choice as...we weren’t even given the option to wait for our door.More

Staff service was great, beer was great.. my chicken parmigiana was very bad. The chicken was old and should not have been served. Times like these I wish I wasn’t a chef and couldn’t tell the difference. Chips and gravy were nice, and my steamed...greens were cooked perfectly. Toilet had no lock on the door.More

Do not go here to eat. I will be amazed if I don’t get sick after 2 bites of my burger. The burger bun was still frozen and soggy when it was served. The chicken was burnt. The fish and chips were so salted they...were inedible.More

I came for a drink and trivia when I was passing through. Staff are friendly and it's a nice relaxed pub.

Sunday lunch at 1.00pm ,no chicken ,no sirloin ,so ordered Calamari ,after waiting over an hour and checking with staff how much longer to be told another 10mins. a further 20 mins later when asking again if order had even been started and told no...we cancelled and requested a refund . A Number of other patrons had similar complaints and did the same. If the pub had been busy you expect a wait, however i wouldn't say that it was busy at all. Pub could do with a makeover and air-conditioning.More

Friendly staff. One of my favourite beers on draught (4 Pines Pale Ale). Centrally located, on Terralong St a short 5 min walk from Kiama’s famous blowhole. The fit out gives the impression of more of bistro, and lacking a bit of character. They also...have some outdoor seating. In terms of Covid safety, diligent with the check in process however they weren’t wiping down tables after patrons had vacated them.More
